I didn’t know why my phone could only be charged with the magnetic type charger and he diagnosed the problem and solved it within 4 minutes. He was super nice, attentive and flexible.

I originally bought my phone case and screen protector from Kerem and I came back because they offer a discount for repeat customers.. and of course I hate dropping my phone. He was fast and friendly .. highly recommend this location on the bottom floor of Montgomery mall near LIDS.
