I’ve been a Chevy Chase Acura faithful for over 17 years. From the informative friendly sales staff, to the body shop (unfortunately), to my hand appointed Service Advisor who is now my friend Joe B, the team at CCAcura makes me feel special! It’s starts at the top with ownership and continues thru to the loaner car attendant Oscar M who is always happy to help! CC Acura is 1st Class!

The team at Chevy Chase Acura provided superb customer service during a recent visit for repairs. Making the online appointment and choosing the work to be done was seamless. When the technician estimated the work required more time, I was offered a courtesy vehicle. This was another positive experience at the dealership.

The entrances for where to bring the car were clearly visible with signs, the staff was very hospitable, organized and efficient, which was so nice to have for my first time visiting. They also had waiting areas for people having work done on their cars as well as a waiting area for when they’re ready to bring your car around. I’m hoping to purchase an Acura vehicle myself in the near future and I’m glad to know this quality dealership, as I’ll be happy to bring my car here!

Such a great experience at Chevy Chase Acura. I was greeted right away by the sales manager. I explained what my situation was and he ensured me he would get me into a new car that day. And he definitely did do just that. The sales rep spent time with me test driving and figuring out which color to go with. I can’t speak highly enough about the team there. It was quick and painless. Highly recommend going to see them for your next vehicle.

I brought my 2021 Lexus here for repairs, and I must say that Richard Guerrero, the Service Manager, and his team exceeded my expectations. Their seamless communication with the insurance company, timely vehicle status updates, and the meticulous attention to detail when delivering the repaired vehicle were truly commendable. I highly recommend working with Richard Guerrero; he not only understands the importance of meeting customer needs but also knows how to lead a top-notch team.

My experience was great. I hadn’t realized how long I’d be at the dealership and a rides were provided home and back waxen my car was ready. My service rep and driver were very nice and vey helpful. My rep especially, he took the time to set up my Bluetooth and explained the app to me. I have and will recommend CC Acura to anyone. Thank you for the positive experience. - Terry

This was the best dealership experience I have had. I kept waiting for the "catch" or the "gotcha" moment that I have experienced at other dealerships such as layering on fees or playing games with closing. But at CC Acura, those fees or tricks never came. It was always just a straightforward, transparent, and dare I say... pleasant discussion with Michael and Giovanni.

Chevy chase not recommended, After reviewing the deal on the phone and reviewing it with sales person Fred, he convinced me to come to the dealership to honor the trade as provided by KBB and auto trader and he discussed the deal with his sales manager. So, since they had the color that I wanted was available, I drove 40 miles to the dealership and waited for 1.5 hour for the manager. Sales Manager Todd came with the hilarious deal and said, "Sell your trade on your own," and we will sell you the new car and we can't match the price you were offered on internet that's an estimated price to attract customer. I find them unprofessional and dishonest. I will continue the business with Rosenthal Acura, they're are honest.

Very grateful to Chevy Chase Acura and its Service Team, from Chris to the group that brought our vehicle back up to baseline. It was a challenging set of repairs and the Chevy Chase Acura team was thorough and persistent in making the necessary repairs. The vehicle is so much better for the expert work of Chevy Chase Acura. This is the one experience I've had in bringing our vehicle that I've been looking forward to the work - I'm used to being frightened and hearing bad news. That wasn't the case here, the expert work speaks for itself. That's what can be expected from Chevy Chase Acura. We had work from an oil change right through replacing hard to find parts. They were direct with us the entire time and worked up to the last minute. Wish I had brought our car in sooner, this is the best place to bring an Acura (there are other fine mechanics and this is the best).

Had an amazing experience with Nathan. I inquired about purchasing but was unsure if I would be approved for financing-not only was I approved, but I pulled away in my new truck same day. Great customer service from beginning to end. I also appreciate that they catered to me, offering refreshments, all the staff greet you when passing, overall great atmosphere. Highly recommend, great deals/perks as well.

I found the entire interactions extremely professional and courteous. Everything from initial discussion until delivery of the vehicle was smooth and every questions, doubts were adequately and professionally addressed. Certainly this is a major departure from other dealers in the past and I am happy to choose Acura.

In a regrettable turn of events, I found myself reaching out to Chevy Chase Acura for service records after facing battery issues with my Acura Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. The interaction I had with their servicing department was not only disappointing but also deeply frustrating.The service advisor I spoke to, unfortunately, epitomized unprofessional behavior. Her discourtesy reached a new level when she repeatedly cut me off mid-sentence, an absolute disregard for the basic rules of a conversation. As I attempted to provide my VIN, she curtly interjected with "hold on," offering me no opportunity to finish. The lack of respect and cooperation was glaringly apparent and unacceptable.To make matters worse, she ended our conversation abruptly by disconnecting the call without any warning or conclusion. Such behavior is entirely unfitting for someone in a customer-facing role and raises serious concerns about her suitability for the position.I was lucky to later connect with Rachel from the scheduling department who proved to be very sincere and helpful. Yet, the bitter taste left by the initial advisor was not so easily washed away.This ordeal has led me to a firm decision - Chevy Chase Acura will no longer be a dealership I'd consider for any sort of business. The blatant lack of respect and decency displayed by their service advisor is a clear reflection of their customer service standards.I hope that this review will come to the attention of the general manager and that they will take the time to review any recorded calls. The way their customers are being treated is truly concerning and requires immediate rectification.Chevy Chase Acura, unfortunately, you have lost my trust and potential future business. Your inclusion on my 'avoid at all costs' list is well-earned.
