I used to like this CVS but customer service has gone downhill. I find it difficult and unpleasant to shop here, with too many hovering, unfriendly employees. The store atmosphere is stuffy and crowded. The positive factor is that there are plenty of self checkout machines.

The pharmacy here is the worst I've been to. There is usually an exceptionally long line, they don't seem to be able to find the prescriptions they notify you are in, and in my daughters case, they put a hold on her prescription, didn't notify us why and when we showed up and waited in line we were sent to yet another "consultation line" with about 10 other very disgruntled people waiting. This is a nightmare, and as it's the only location nearby that carry's the meds we need we have no choice. Avoid at all costs if you have the option

The female pharmacist/doctor there is extremely unprofessional and childish, I couldn't believe the degree of bad service i was receiving from her! You can only imagine how the bad staff under her is. This pharmacy needs a clean sweep

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The Pharmacist literally tries to read the perscription in a way so that its not filled with no regard to patient’s needs. They also NEVER tell the patient about a problem so bc some meds make u wait till the sbsolute last day to pick them up, they leave with you with no medication which can really cause you problems. And they are so nitpicky with verbage on the script it’s insane. They deliberately try and leave the pstient without medication. STAY AWAY. Neda Rezaeian is rude and dishonest and incompetent as a pharmacist.

"Zero stars!! Awful awful CVS, clueless incompetent staff and the pharmacists are useless!! They are of no help and if there's any issue they pass itTo the associates to handle who are just as clueless!! No customer service skills or basic common sense!" This quote is strictly to the point.I tried to receive prescribed medicine for two days in a row. The same person told me when I came that they have it. I asked doctor to send them a prescription. When they get it in less than half an hour pharmacist told me that they do not have it because it is in back fill. When I asked why he did not tell me about it upfront he apologized and said it was a mistake.The day before there was the same story at the same pharmacy."If you want to deal with this and become frustrated dreading when you do have to go to pick up a prescription from this CVS then come here!"In addition to this quote I would add the following.I DO believe nothing could be done about this until pharmacy's upper management will be fired. This needs a clean sweep. Run.

This is an update for the incomplete review that was posted just three days ago due to a system glitch that I encountered! I was at the Wildwood Shopping center to stop into Sarah's Homemade Ice Cream. This CVS is located a few doors from Sarah's. I was in need of more of the Carmex brand lip care for-cold-sores product. It had been several years since I had to buy more as It is rarely ever used by me. However when I do it works great & fast! This CVS is smaller than the newer stores that are close to my house. The parking is easy as the Wildwood Shopping center has a large lot and it was a busy day just a few days after Christmas. The entrance to this CVS is "old school." It is not one where the sliding doors open when you approach it. There are 2 self checkout stations adjacent to the entrance. The checkout counter sits along the right side wall next to the photo department. There were at least 5 employees working in the store. I asked a younger store associate who was stocking the shelves where to find the Carmex product. She wasn't sure they had it but referred me to the manager. He was also stocking the shelves. He pointed me toward 2 counter top spinners found on the checkout counter. I saw Carmex lip care moisturizers on them but not the one I needed. That's when the manager called out to me to look in aisle #9. The cold sore and lip care product were in fact here but I didn't see the Carmex brand. Many brands of cold sore treatments were rather pricey (some over $20). I passed on buying any of it today but looked in the Christmas mark down section near the front of the store. I Found nothing of interest to me & I left the store. In general CVS has higher prices on almost everything than grocery store chain stores like Target, Giant & especially Aldi and lidl. They have a bigger variety of brand names though than I've seen at Walgreens stores! This is why using the extra care bucks and coupons is so important like the 40 percent off one I had planned on using today. Don't ever bother calling. They will never answer and will disconnect you after 20-30 minutes. If you have to pick up during your lunch don't bother. They will close despite being in the middle of a pickup because they close for lunch time too and don't care if customers are standing AT the counter. Giant across the street is open the entire day and does not close for lunch, fyi.

I have been sitting on hold for 25 minutes. At 1:29 somebody answered the phone and asked what I needed. I said I was inquiring about the status of my medication, she currently responded that the pharmacy was closed. I said that it was 129 and I had been waiting for 25 minutes, she very rudely responded that she would be happy to put me on hold till 2 o’clock when the pharmacy reopens. I find this completely inappropriate, and would like to speak with somebody about this as this is not my first bad experience with this pharmacy.

Horrible experience first was told ny medication was over the counter, then was told it will be about an hour then was told then didn't have it then to go to another location to find they never canceled it so it could be filled at another location only to go back after driving across town to have them cancel it to then be told they filled my prescription and it's ready for pick up???????Huh really Unacceptable Cvs!!My last time using this location they Do Not Care about people's time nor did I receive an apology after explaining the situation to the head Pharmacist!!

Terrible customer service at pharmacy. Called to check prescription status. First call was on line for 12 minutes before being disconnected. Called again and waited 30 minutes. Final call waited 36 minutes before someone answered. As she could not hear me well I said " let me take you off speaker phone, please don't hang up on me " and in the 1/2 second it took to take the phone off speaker SHE HUNG UP ON ME. Ridiculous.
