I assume as part of CVS's retail strategy, they insist on making you come back to their store 3-4 to receive a single prescription. Even when you call and verify you prescription is ready, it turns out not only is it not ready, they don't even have the medicine in stock!Here is a list of things I trust with my healthcare more than CVS: a McDonald's dollar menu, an intermittent fasting vampire, the magic brooms from Disney's 1940 classic Fantasia, shellfish someone tried to sell me out of the back of a truck.

I had a Teladoc appointment because I was quite ill. The doctor sent a prescription to CVS before we ended the visit, and when I called CVS afterwards the pharmacist said it would be ready in 15 minutes -- which it was! Very efficient.

The pharmacy doesn't answer their phone. Extremely frustrating. They said they are understaffed, but this has been going on for months. I've switched to using the Safeway pharmacy across the parking lot.

I generally agree with other views about the lack of customer service here. I chose this location for the latest covid booster - because they had the supply. The staff has not been resourced or prepared for the appointments and Would say this is a corporate failure. When i arrived at 6, they still were dealing with 4:30 appts. Their system was down as well so everything was being recorded manually. They still had not gotten to me by 7:00 (which is closing time) announced they had to close and told us all to come back another day. Nota good experience. I have since returned and received the booster, but i would advise folks lower expectations here.

WORST PHARMACY. The customer service is nonexistent. The majority of the pharmacy staff is rude, unpleasant, unreliable, an unhelpful. For example, I called to inquire about my script that was several days overdue. The person at the pharmacy snapped at me that they are very busy and she doesn't have time to explain what happened and then hung up on me. We will take our business to a competitor. The manager of the store should be fired and upper management should be embarrassed at the operation they are running.

This pharmacy is very slow and quite disorganised. They will assure customers a script will be ready on X day at Y time and it never is.Queues are always long and staff don't seem to care.

A literally shit show. Tried to pick up my prescription 4 separate times only for them to tell me there was some issue and I would have to come back. Just do yourself a favor and transfer your script to CVS. I'm never coming back here again.

Horrible service. prescriptions are NEVER ready when they are promised. Terrible pharmacy service. Take your business elsewhere.

I think the website needs some improvement and update, I drove all the way to CVS at Sangamore Street to purchase formula for my granddaughter, no sign of it. Per website they had the formula available.
