icalled as a provider i gave all the information to a person who had no clue what i was talking about then without warning put me on hold then Iget the pharmacist who is rude and makes me repeat everything when i had already given all the information of my patient then without helping me put me on hold without any explanation If this is how CVS handles its customers itis a shame . i understand pharmacist are busy but so are we (doctors) and i expect at least to have some answers to my questions concerning a patient`s prescription

I agree.completely with the one star reviews. Rude and incompetent staff and they do not answer the phone. I spent more than one hour trying to connect with them. When I went to pick my prescription, which had been phoned in five hours before by my doctor, they could not find it and kept bouncing me from line to line. When they finally found it, about an hour after, they said I was jumping the line when I went to pay. Will never go back.

All the reviews of this location are on point. Very rude staff behind the pharmacy accused me of repeatedly trying to cut the line when I did no such thing. I merely wanted ti ask a question about the types of Sudafed products and there were 4 people working there but 8 people in line to pickup prescriptions each seemingly taking 5+ minutes and I didn't think i should have to wait 40 minutes to talk about a non-prescription item.This happened on 9/12 at 635pm

If I could give their Pharmacy and management team less than one star, I would!! Seriously, get it together, It's not rocket science!! On top of it all after speaking to the manager trying to work things out, she leaves me hanging on the phone for at least 20 minutes now! I'm actually still HOLDING while I write this! Looks like there's plenty of time! Such bad customer service! At least pick up any tell me their working on it! Next prescription is being placed elsewhere!! They are so fired!

Unfortunately the pharmacy is not good at all at this place. Have had frequent screw ups with our scripts, and they never pick up the phone. Use the one down the street if needed and stay away from this pharmacy if you've the option.

CVS has changed their system and it is not operating well at If you have prescriptions at CVS, then you can not rely on their phone system. If you call For a status on your prescription their automated system is highly highly unreliable. The system will tell you your prescription is ready then when you go to pick it up it is often not ready. In addition it is now impossible to even contact them via telephone. I have tried contacting them via phone and it was impossible on numerous occasions to get through to them. I have spent over an hour several times. It was not unusual to be hung up. The only way to get thru to them is by stopping by personally. Sadly, 2 years has gone by and nothing has improved. They are understaffed, and the management and overall system is deeply flawed.

We popped into grab some sunscreen. There was a good selection, and we were able to find what we needed. Quick, easy stop that got us back on our way again.

Super rude people at the pharmacy. They put you on hold for 15-20 minutes, then yell at you and hang up. The management should look into this conduct. They should not allow untrained people handle phones and customers.

The pharmacy is the worst run operation that I have seen out of a CVS. They are usually busy but the way the head pharmacist handles stress and being busy is completely unprofessional, yelling at people and not being able to communicate efficiently. I had a small issue with my prescription that made me have to wait longer, my doctors office tried multiple times to contact them and they do not answer the phone. Really awful experience

Been here about 10 times to pick up stuff for my boss. Pharmacy is useless. Would never use this pharmacy personally and understand why my boss sends me here because she doesn't wanna deal with it.

Doesn't answer the pharmacy phone. It's pretty simple staff the pharmacy properly. The margins are huge why punish your customers. Very infuriating.

Can I give them zero? Terrible. Been to lazy to change pharmacies but I am over the line. They never answer the phone. They are super slow. Disorganized. Go elsewhere!
