Terrible pharmacy. Probably the worst in the chain. If you can go somewhere else, run (don't walk). Prescriptions never ready when promised. (Came yesterday, was told 20 minutes, went to lunch, and came back in an hour. Guess what? Not ready. Was told to come back in 10 minutes because the pharmacist was gone.)Rude guy at the counter. Rude, uncaring pharmacist when she did show up. It's amazing they are able to hold onto their jobs.CVS corporate HQ please note: My Welsh corgi could do a better job, and she'll work for dog treats. She won't fill orders any faster, but she's cheerful and engaged, and because of that, people will forgive her for bad service. Your humans? They need to be retired to a farm in the country.

They never answer the phone. I was on hold for 1 hour before giving up. All the reviews seem to mention the same thing. They need to do something about this issue

I honestly despise this CVS. They *never ever* have your prescription ready even if it’s called in over the phone, online, whatever. They will never have it ready for you. So, you have to wait in a long line just to ask if they have it ready (they won’t). Then, you have to wait 20-30 mins to get it — if you’re lucky. Today, they didn’t even have our prescription in stock. They never told us this even though we ordered a refill online *yesterday* - why not some kind of notification in the 24+hrs we gave them? It’s the worst run pharmacy I’ve ever experienced. The manager there is objectively terrible, so maybe that’s the problem. She is all over the place. She bad-mouths the people in the back to customers and points out all of the things *she's* doing to fix the things someone else apparently messed up, except she flits from issue to issue not really fixing anything to conclusion, and her people can hear her while they are obviously working the hardest they can (heads-down fully focused scurrying all around). (Note: customers don't care whose fault it is or who is fixing it, just that it's gets fixed!) I would hate working here. It’s a total disaster all the way around.

This CVS has deteriorated sharply. It is chaotic and understaffed, specially the pharmacy. My 81 year old mom stood in line for 30 minutes to find out that her medicines were not ready yet until the next day! The staff tries hard but they need more support.

If I could give zero I would. The pharmacy here is a hot mess. You have to go in there in order to get any information. They don’t answer the phone usually and when they do they put you on hold immediately and leave you there until you give up. I sat on hold for 30 minutes yesterday and today when I called I begged them not to put me on hold and the response I got was some garbage about how helping me for too long would cause the “system to back up”. Huh? They never have anything ready when promised - even when they give you a specific time because you are going out of town - this happened to me twice. One of the pharmacists creates problems and then expects you to sing her praises when she “fixes” things. I’m moving all of my prescriptions.

Service at this pharmacy has deteriorated sharply. If you can go elsewhere, do so. The only reason that I’m awarding 2 stars instead of 1 is that some of the staff appear to be trying hard.Recent orders of common antibiotics have taken 3 days to fill. Worse, the pharmacy will promise a particular pick-up time and will not have the order available at that time, necessitating repeat trips. (Some of this is beyond the control of pharmacy employees: CVS informs the pharmacy that the drug will be delivered at a certain time, and fails to execute.)That said, pharmacy appears under-staffed and waits for availableprescriptions can be lengthy. .To top it off, we recently had an experience in which the pharmacy undercounted the number of prescribed pills.

Surprisingly, There is a collection of the slowest, most unthoughtful, most disrespectful, and most careless employees in this CVS.The technician who dispensed my prescription was the most impolite, disrespectful person on the earth.Such an awful experience.

Worst pharmacy in human history. If aliens have pharmacies, this should be Earth's entry for worst pharmacy in the universe. We'd win. Even if the universe is infinite.The only time this pharmacy would do good is if it were transported back to Renaissance Italy, where members of the Borgia family would be made to wait in line to order poison, told to come back in 15 minutes, wait again, told to come back tomorrow, have their orders messed up the next day, stand in line again the day thereafter only to be told their orders were never recorded in the system to begin with, until they'd give up on poisoning altogether.

Spent almost 3 hours waiting for a prescription that was sent by my dr a day prior. This pharmacy is the worst!!!!

The pharmacy is a disorganized mess. It hasn’t gotten any better with new management. They LOST my prescription that I brought in to be filled and it took them an entire 24 hours to find it after I had to call and ask what was going on with it. Absolutely ridiculous an unacceptable. I had to call the pharmacy after I noticed the prescription still wasn’t showing up in the system on my app and they had to look for the prescription since the pharmacist the day before just left it somewhere. Plus they never have your meds ready when you need them. I’m switching all my medication to Safeway.

Left a voicemail to fill a prescription at 8am. No one checks the voicemail. Over 1 hour on hold. 3 people picked up and immediately put it back on hold. Left me on hold until lunch hours where the phones automatically turn off and hang up. How are you serving your patients in this fashion??

Horrible service. prescriptions are NEVER ready when they are promised. Terrible pharmacy service. Take your business elsewhere.
