Horrible service - they are slow, rude, don’t care and mess up orders. Asked for a callback over a month ago - guess I’m not getting one. I hope it’s only this store that is so bad. I called their toll free customer service and again no call back. 50% of the time I go there - they mess up my order. When you’re in the business of providing medicine to people, it’s crucial that they take this more seriously. Sadly the associates know they don’t have to provide good service because management does not care.

This location is awful. Understaffed pharmacy. Long lines that move oh so slowly. The drive-thru and phone calls get preference over those of us inside. I would love to use the website to find answers to questions, but it too is terrible. No way to ask anything and no way to interact!!!! I so wish I could go somewhere else for my RXs. Hate this place.

For those of us who use CVS specialty, it is really disastrous that when you go to the pharmacy, they tell you that your prescription is not there and when you call CVS specialty, they tell you that it is already in the pharmacy.mientan sobre el status de una prescripción.

I called to check the status of my prescription and the automated system could not find it so I waited to speak with someone at the pharmacy. After waiting 30 minutes they answered and said \\\"come to the pharmacy\\\" and hung up. Called back and no answer after 30 minutes.

Most frustrating pharmacy imaginable. Almost daily robocalls followed by protracted hold times, then when a call center attendant finally answers and you answer an authentication question you wind up needing to answer it again because the brain-dead call center agent either wasn't listening or taking note of your previous answer.

I scheduled a test online - but a day later the appointment was canceled out of the blue with no explanation whatsoever. The local store is telling me to call COVID services - and COVID services is telling me to call the local store. Simply Amazing.

Repeated lying about wait times. Left after the third \"it will just be 15 minutes\" in about an hour 15. Never even got my prescription.

Have a simple prescription to fill. Was told to wait 1 hour because their pharmacist needs to give flu shots to a family! What is it? Came after 1 hour 15.minutes. was told to wait for another 10 min because they are busy.it would be annoying when you healthy but when your a doc said you need to be in bed and have an ice pack for next 24 hours. So I can't follow the docs directions. Therefore the way how the pharmacy operates affects health and outcomes. It is a health hazard. it seems that this is a pattern of work. It is my last time to file any prescription at this pharmacy.

This is the closest pharmacy to my apartment. Unfortunately, it is a real drag going there. The lines are always long. The people working the register are always surly. And, for third month in a row, they have incompletely filled my order, meaning I have to call the doctor to resubmit an authorization and I have to go back yet another time to wait in the long line and deal with the surly people behind the counter. We are all busy people, I understand, but these people need a good lesson in customer service. Get it right, and if you don't, people will go elsewhere. Perhaps that's what they are after. Well, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. If your thinking about getting prescriptions filled there, I suggest you do the same.

For prescriptions, go somewhere else. The pharmacist is the definition of rude! Generally, if you work in customer service, you SHOULD be nice and respect your customers/patients.

I have never written a review about a pharmacy but after the treatment I received today, here goes nothing.... Each month, I refill prescriptions for my minor son and have never had any problems. Today however, I was told by the assistant that one of his prescriptions wouldn't be available "until some time at the end of the week". When I asked for a specific day, I was told they couldn't answer that. When I asked if another pharmacy would be able to fill it, I was told they don't have to ability to communicate with other CVS pharmacies. At that point I asked to speak to a mgr. for a date I could expect the medicine to be available. Once Mai (the pharmacist?) arrived to the window she was extremely dismissive, refused to give me an approximate date the medicine would be available, accused me of not listening to her and even told me to repeat her answer back to her (as if I was a 5 y/o child). When I asked Mai why she was acting like this (I am a regular customer w/ questions about prescribed medications ) she accused me again of not listening to her and refused to fill either of our prescriptions. I have never been treated by a store employee in such an aggressive manner. Mai's attitude lacked basic professionalism and should be corrected immediately. We have been customers of this store for years but will no longer frequent this location due to this horrific experience.

The pharmacy staff is pathetically helpless in doing their jobs, which would just be sad if they weren't rude and disinterested too. Mai Nguyen obviously doesn't know how to talk to customers and look them in the eyes while failing to fill a prescription correctly. They've been giving a run around for 2 weeks about having ordered the medicine but obviously lying about it everytime and delaying. Hope CVS takes notice of this good for nothing staff and makes some changes to this store.
