I use Enterpise ALL the time and have NEVER been treated the way Hisham treated me. Things started off good until I mentioned possibly having to one way the vehicle. VERY passive aggressive and confrontational. I emailed the area manager and never received a response. I ended up not renting a vehicle due to his poor customer service! No clue how he became an assistant manager!

Hisham and Athani were on deck the morning I picked up my rental. Great selection of cars. Parking is small but the team did their best to get my truck ready to go. Merci Hisham.

Super helpful associates Awa! She walked us through the process patiently and gave us many helpful tips on how to navigate the car rental process. Israel was very helpful as well. He did a test drive to make sure the strange noise from the car was nothing to be concerned about.

I never thought I’d leave a car rental business a review, but props are due. An extremely stressful car accident left me in need of a rental. Enterprise (and specifically, Israel - who helped me from start to finish) has been the only pleasant piece in this convoluted puzzle of accident aftermath. Thank you Israel, for your professionalism, kindness and overall excellence in your interaction with us, both in person and over the phone. You may not think you are making a difference in people’s lives, but you are. I sincerely hope management takes notice of what an asset you are to the company.

Thank you to this Enterprise location for a great experience. Due to work and traffic, I arrived at Enterprise right at closing time. I called to let Enterprise know I was on my way, and the new manager stayed an extra few minutes to set me up with my car. He did not make me feel rushed and went through a professional and thorough rental pre-check (not always the case when renting cars!).After getting into an accident and starting a new job, the manager's willingness to stay for a few minutes to make sure I could get my rental before the weekend was the human kindness I needed. It is obvious he really cares about providing great customer service to clients.Thank you again to this Enterprise. I highly recommend renting at this location.

Booked full size car. Showed up at 11am instead of 9am. Car given to someone else. Smaller car not an option as we are 5. So upgrade then? A haughty Yes, if I pay for it. This place sucks. Customer service appalling. Go somewhere else where they actually value a paying customer.

After years of being a loyal customer to the point where I would usually bring the cars back cleaner than when I received them, Enterprise tried to stick me with damage to a car that wasn't mine. They said there was a roadside report (which there wasn't) and to this day, after emails, letters, calls, and Better Business Bureau, they still refused to produce that "report". Now I'm on their do not rent list! Bravo Enterprise! Way to give the finger to a long-standing customer! If you are so inclined to rent from Enterprise, please please video and photograph everything before and after you rent. Don't let a smile make you think the person is trustworthy. Document and record everything!!! So sad it has to be that way!

Enterprise in Bethesda is located very close to my body shop and I have used them more for that purpose than I would like. But every time, my insurance company has dealt with them to reserve a car so all I have to do is show up with my license and return the car on time. It is one potential headache I can totally eliminate at a stressful time.

The place is solid and the location manager, John Hendrix, is a nice guy -- professional and competent. Some of the employees, however, are works in progress. The most dangerous of them (not naming names) finds it difficult to admit when things are over her head and tries to just bluster through. That means the 5 minutes I waited for a car to pick me up was 30 minutes late (you see she got lost but did not want to admit it and seek help). Worse yet, to please me (so she thought) she drove too fast and recklessly to get me back to the location. Not a pleasant experience. John understood the problem but did not in any way make comments to undermine his employee. He is a quiet, understated guy but in all the ways that makes him a joy to deal with. Sees everything and reacts accordingly. His employee fouled up my schedule and made me miss my meeting. He apologized, comped me the rental day and promised to make it up on my next rental....he stayed calm throughout. Joe Flacco type for you Raven fans
