I like Fabletics products. They’re stylish and comfortable. The downside is the confusing pricing. Their ads and in-store promotions often feel like a bait-and-switch, and the final cost isn’t always clear until checkout. Sometimes it ends up being more than expected. Today, the store also had limited stock in my size, which was a little frustrating.
That said, the products themselves are solid: I’d give them 4/5 overall, with workout shorts and shirts a full 5/5. The store experience gets a 3/5. Worth checking out, but definitely ask for clarification on pricing before you buy.

Avoid This Place Unless You Like Headaches
I placed a large online order and went in-store to return a few items and exchange one. I figured it would be a quick and simple process. Nope.
I told the sales associate it was my first time doing a return in-store. She proceeds with the exchange and return, reads my credit card details back to me, and hands me a receipt...so I assume the refund is going back to my card. Wrong. When I leave and check my account, I see it’s been credited to store credit instead.
I call the store and speak to the same associate. She admits the mistake but tells me to call customer service to get it fixed. So I do only to be met with a 4-hour hold time. I call the store back, ask for a manager, and she hits me with the “there’s nothing I can do” script. Eventually, she agrees to call customer service herself and follow up with me but warns me it might take a while because it’s a holiday.
Let me be clear: the store made the mistake, acknowledged it, and still tried to pass the burden off on me to fix it. That’s not customer service, that’s laziness ...
On top of all that, the associate was chatting about not hitting her commission goals while helping me...which, honestly, wasn’t shocking after seeing how careless and unprofessional she was.
I’m done with Fabletics. If this is how you treat customers, I’ll take my business somewhere that actually respects my time and money.

I received my first order from Fabletics a few days ago. The ads got me with the “2 for $24” bottoms as part of the first time member.
One of the bottoms was a bit too tight and thick for my liking, so decided to exchange it at the closest Fabletics store (Montgomery mall) . I chose one of those pleated skirts to exchange. The associate first said it was fine, but after some thought she told me it wasn’t actually part of that deal because they were different. I explained to her that those skirts were definitely part of the 2 for $24 deal when I was shopping around . She then told me soemthing along the lines of “Il just go ahead and do it, because it would cause more issues if I didn’t” - which was a strange thing to say to a customer. A few moments later, she changes her mind again and tells me they have a deal currently for that skirt and I’d just pay the difference. I bought this with the deal as a first time member, why would I have to pay more? I am simply exchanging. She kept insisting that skirts would never be part of the 2 for $24 deal. I decided to just take my original order back and did not exchange. But again, my social media gave me another ad with the 2 for $24 which included the skirt I tried to exchange for 🙄
The store associates need a lot of customer service training as well as knowing the deals offered. This was today Wednesday 4/23 in the afternoon.

I’ll post it again because I believe everyone should know: Loved their 2 for $24 deals with the 70% off your first purchase. I knew about the price upfront and was planning to cancel. It took FIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS to get my membership cancelled and it took almost THREE HOURS. I’ve never had worse customer service in my entire life. And they will spend 90% of that chat basically begging you not to cancel and bribing you into paying the $60 it’s actually the most disgusting thing I’ve ever encountered

Debi and estrella made the whole shopping experience great and easy ! I love fabletics online, but getting amazing service in person is even better. One thing that stinks is online prices are often better so sometimes I just do returns at the store.We need more stores:)Happy thanksgiving & God bless!
