Went and visit this gamestop while on vacation visiting family. I believe a guy by Tony or Anthony was there. Rude guy but could get past it, but what I couldn't get past was him watching like a hound dog with others in the store. You think ima steal? Wouldn't shop here again.

The worst shopping experience in my entire life. Stay away from them.The store sells products without notifying that there is no return policy if you happen to open the box and then of course defaults on return policy offering a somewhat fraudulent scheme of “buy back for part price” after even a day of trial use.We pointed out we needed a good gaming product for special needs kid, no matter the price, and the store employees gave us the worst nightmare experience of a faulty gaming console which we are now stuck with.So far the summary:Not possible to buy a working set of products to play for a child (not in stock not in stock not in stock and can’t order to deliver),not possible to get a refund for a purchased item after a day of use,not possible to exchange merchandise to upgrade or replace with working properly.Store manager- grumpy and loud, giving unsolicited legal advice,employees -unable to give any reasonable explanation or advice, slowest service ever (4 hours for 2 visits)Definitely will be suing them.

Called a few times for help, but no one answers the phone…. There is no way to stay on hold and the answering machine just hangs up. Sad state of customer service in America, I guess. If the brick and mortar won’t answer the phone, you’re better off just buying online. Gamestop’s days are numbered…

Walked in to look for some video games and was never greeted. There were 2 guys working and 1 customer talking with them. I was in the store for a couple mins and at no time in that store was I greeted. I've worked in retail customer service for more than 10 years and it's common courtesy to always greet customers.

Not a bad business, I was looking for Type C USB to lightening connector, the clerk said they didn't have it but found one in the cash register that he let me have for no charge. It works!
