ROACHES! ROACHES ROACHES! They are everywhere on the sidewalks and even in the STORES!! It wasn't like this five years ago. Now, everywhere you walk are BIG, FAT, JUICY ROACHES eating people's leftover Chipotle and Subway Sandwiches. I saw a GIANT ROACH in SUBWAY while I was ordering a sandwich. Whoever own this property has ZERO respect for the customers. Call an EXTERMINATOR for God's sake!!

Craziness prevails in the strip center anchored by Designer Shoe warehouse and Giant Food. Crowded parking with difficult navigation. Lots of dead ends and accidents here Be careful!!

Georgetown Square is an ulcer-forming, tumor-generating madhouse that can test even the most patient person's sanity. Navigating this chaotic shopping center is an exercise in frustration and disbelief. The moment you drive in, it becomes clear that people lose all sense of reality and completely forget that other people exist when it comes to finding a parking space. Cars weave and dart erratically, cutting each other off in desperate attempts to claim a spot as if their very survival depends on it. Courtesy, logic, and basic human decency seem to vanish in this frenzied arena. Horns blare, tempers flare, and any semblance of order or civility is quickly abandoned. It’s an incomprehensible mess that leaves you questioning whether there is any hope or faith left in humanity. Each visit feels like a test of endurance in a setting where people’s most selfish tendencies are on full display, draining any remaining optimism from your soul.

Good collection of stores, shops and restaurants here. Parking lot is a bit busy in front of the Giant, but not difficult to find a spot.
