I have no idea where these negative reviews come from. Everytime I call I get great information, and when I came to pick up my script today I was told the team had figured out how to give me the lowest price possible - even lower than GoodRx. I couldn't be more pleased. Don't believe the naysayers. ?

Wish I had read this reviews before coming to this pharmacy, I had made multiple trips to this pharmacy the service has not been the best . I figured I give them another chance I requested my refill the night before they said it was going to be ready .I even came in 30 minutes later than set time just to have to wait because it was not ready.1 hour later I finally got my medicine, forget about getting an apology for making me wait , n making me late for work .Time to transfer my prescription to a different pharmacy..

While not super clean (what grocery store is nowadays) - it is super spacious, super organized, super well-stocked, and generally accessible. Prices are fair for a mid-range grocery store. Wish the Giant near my home was as good as this one...

I ordered a cake from this bakery for pickup on May 9th at 5 PM. When I went to pick up the cake, I had to wait at the bakery counter for over 10 minutes and had to have someone paged twice. When someone finally responded to the page, the indicated that there was no cake ready for me. This person looked around and found my order form with the correct date on it, but the employee had written the wrong day of the week, and did not make the order. Now I had wasted about 20 minutes and had no cake. The employee who started helping me went and found another employee who I presume was the manager and kept explaining over and over how they made the mistake, somehow thinking I didn't comprehend what happened and that by telling me the same thing again and again would make it better. Eventually, they offered 50% off a pre-made cake of my choice. Nothing in the bakery matched my original combination of cake and icing choices and I selected a generic substitute. To add insult to injury, the pre-made cake was not fresh and had to be at least a day old due to how stale and dry the cake was. The entire experience from start to finish was extremely disappointing and I would encourage to purchase your bakery needs from another store. I will not be a customer of this bakery again.

Deli closing person on 4-3-23 was rude. I only come here if I have too. I asked for chicken salad all he said is they where close he could have pointed me to the pre made salad close to the exit. That when I saw it when I was leaving. Customer service suck and security looking at me like I'm going to steal something... this place makes a feel uncomfortable.

I’m a physician and took my partner to the pharmacy to pick up meds that he was prescribed. They said they didn’t have the script and I offered to write the script so he could pick it up immediately . They said nothing for ages and I asked what was going on - they said “we are looking up the prescribing laws in Maryland”. I told her , i know the laws here in MD - I am licensed in DC MD and VA and it is perfectly legal. She then asked me my specialty and tried to decline the prescription as she believed I could not prescribe the drug based on that - which was also false. I told her we would take our business elsewhere.

This Giant ran out of space for canned cat food in the pet food aisle so they put it all with the clearance next to the warehouse door. This is misleading because everything else is on clearace. There is nothing indicating that it is not on clearance. Nothing in the cat food aisle indicating the cans are in the clearance section. Also there are no price self-check machines, except 1 where the hand-held scanners are. Otherwise large, well-stocked store. Get member card and add electronic coupons, if you hit 100 pts you get $1 toward next purchase.

I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for years and never had a bad experience until tonight 11/19 at 7:45 pm. I called to check when a prescription would be ready that was sent over electronically. The woman who answered was sarcastically rude. “Didn’t you call earlier?”, “um, no I didn’t”, with a sarcastic tone “ok well I don’t see anything but I can check if you want to hold it might be a minute” “that would be wonderful thank you” says nothing and call goes quiet. She gets back on the line and states “so it is went through but it’s up to the pharmacist if they will fill it or not” “I’m sorry what does that mean” “the pharmacist needs to review it” “oh ok, I’ve been getting my prescription filled for years and no ones ever said that so I was confused” again with the rude sarcastic attitude “well I’m telling you now”… what in the actual…

This is a review based on the customer service I given by a employee named Asma in particular. She has consistently given me the best service I've ever received at any store since I've been in the area. She always knows where everything is located and is very knowledgeable about their inventory and coupons, she's always treated me with the upmost respect and care. Just outstanding service and an excellent employee and I wish every cashier was as friendly and competent as her.

I recently moved to Maryland and went to this grocery store to do some shopping (this store does not exist in New Jersey so I did not have their shopper discount card). I noticed there were several things on sale and some of them required a digital coupon ... I went online to acquire the shopper discount card and take advantage of the digital coupon savings (which were huge) and was having difficulty online. I then went to customer service and a gentleman whose name I believe his name tags said Eric McDonald (I hope I got that right) was just beyond helpful. He physically did a sign up for me and gave me the shopper card but then explained that it takes 24 hours to be able to access things like the digital coupons (which was a bummer because I didn't want to come back to the store for those few items) hetold me that he would cash out my groceries for me and do the necessary override to allow me to still get the digital coupon savings .... this is what I call customer service and this is how you acquire a repeat customer. On another note I appreciated the vast selection of brands as well as the fruit and vegetable options being fresh. The older gentleman in the seafood section was also very helpful (I'm so mad I didn't get his name) he went in the back to find me more crab legs since that was the last day of the sale and there was only one pound of crab available in their refrigerator section.

DO NOT USE this pharmacy for mental health medications. I should have transferred my prescriptions a long time ago, but each time they called to harass my doctor, and promised to place a note in my file to ensure my prescriptions went through smoothly, I thought it would it would improve the next time. I've finally accepted that they are not comfortable filling mental health medications, but I'm genuinely alarmed for others as a matter of parity.

This strictly goes out for the pharmacy section. My son just got diagnosed with Covid and I was just calling in for the inhaler that got prescribed for him to relieve his coughs. First I got disconnected, then when I finally get a hold of somebody this b**** sounds half-asleep no empathy in her voice whatsoever and then she tells me it's an hour wait because they're busy!!!! I would have probably been a little empathetic to you, had you not sounded half asleep on the phone!! Do your damn job so my 10yr old can get his inhaler!
