Did not honor out appointments for vaccination. After waiting for 20 minutes, they said they only had one dose left. We waited another 15 minutes --they said, there were no doses.

Wish I could give zero stars. My primary care physician sent in a prescription for my son to this pharmacy. I called about 30 minutes later to find out when it would be ready. The person I spoke with said that they didn't have the medicine that was prescribed, but that they had a substitute. She said they would call the doctor to confirm whether the substitute would work, and I should call back in an hour for status.Called back an hour later. I was put on hold for 30 minutes. After the hold, she started to say it was still in progress, but then said "have you called the doctor yet about subbing the prescription?" I, of course, reminded her that she said they would do it. Which makes a lot more sense -- I don't know the name of the substitute medicine as she never shared it. She responds "well yeah but we just haven't had a chance to yet."I called my doctor to ask them to send the prescription elsewhere. This pharmacist is a clown-show.

My experience with the pharmacist at this location was very dissatisfying -Megan or Meg was very unprofessional. I have been in healthcare for 17 years and never experienced being hung up on while I was still asking my question trying to coordinate care between a mutual patient and their medication. Being in healthcare and in the midst of the pandemic everyone is short staff and this I understand to the tee but this does not give someone the right to handle request or questions in a poor fashion.

Have been living in the building above the Harris teeter for several years. Used to go to this pharmacy as soon as it started. Until the new guy Donald Smith came here. He is rude, shows attitude, over charges, takes forever to have the meds ready. Had the worst experience with him. Hopefully he won’t stay there long.

My experiences with them have been good so far. They are responsive, professional and polite. If you are unhappy with anything here, come to CVS on Wisconsin Ave and you will be happy to be back here :)) It's relativity.

To have to hear to CNN instead of something reasonable while you lunch on 2 TVs and loudly! will give you indigestion. One small thing ruining the experience of many.

I live just across the street. We go to Harris teeter at least twice a week. It is our favorite store! It has so many stuffs, fruit, meat, fish, international goods, and other seafood. It always has samples during the meals time so that you get to know the new things better. In addition, I have been comparing with the prices from giant and Safeway. HT prices until now wins every weeks

This Harris Teeter has the supermarket formula down pat. It features a bright and inviting interior, a Starbucks at the entrance and approachable employees. The merchandise is organized in an intuitive fashion. The prices don't break the bank but aren't the greatest deals. The prices are on par with Whole Foods, so no savings there. The driver's license requirement to obtain a store card is excessive, especially since stores like Giant and Safeway allow you to sign up for store cards without giving up all your personal data.

I've had a positive experience each time I've used this pharmacy. My prescriptions are always filled on time or completed within a reasonable waiting period.

Have only had good experiences here when filling a prescription. The staff are friendly, efficient and have not had any issues/errors with the medications. I wish more pharmacies could be like this one.

I bought clementines from this location and they were bad. I only had it for a couple of days. I wonder how long there produce sits out for. I don't want to waste my money on produce that is not even fresh. I would much rather spend my money at Whole Foods or Trader Joe's.

Sunday July 21st. Please fill the nut grinders. Nine times out of 10 they are empty or not working. I love grinding fresh nuts for nut butter. Please help. The dark chocolate/peanut was a nice option. Once. I have not seen it se Update. Wednesday July 31st. Received a phone call from manager Matt. His message said there was an electrical issue that has been repaired. And all three are up and running. I'm looking forward to my next trip. I appreciate the follow up Matt. Makes me love HT even more Update on the update. Saturday Aug 3rd. OK Manager Matt. Thank you for filling the nut grinding station. I was very happy to see that when I went in today. So I filled a container with freshly ground peanut butter. But there were no lids. So I asked the young man at the self-serve checkout if he could find me a lid or knew where there were some. He did not know where. And sent me to customer service. I approached the lady at customer service and asked if she could restock the lids at the grinding station so I could have one. And she sent me to the Olive bar. Sure there's lids there all the way back of the store when I was at the front of the store. Why is she in customer service? Oh well. By the way there were plenty of employees working today which was nice to see. But checking out is always an issue. Self-service of course is always open. And one solo cash register was running. If you take requests, I'd like to put one in for the dark chocolate chips and peanut option. It was really good. Honey roasted is a nice touch also. Nice to see that.

Once again, my irregular trip to customer service is always bad! This young lady by the name Lynette has a very disturbing attitude! It seems I always end up getting her help ( lack there of) a simple question about some wrong prices on some items and it's attitude for no reason as if she doesn't want to be there. I mean why make all these Ace Ventura faces, It's simple if you don't like the job that you were hired to do, then quit or find another one. ITS CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT ATTITUDE SERVICE! Gheesh! I thought me speaking to customer service manager the last time would have changed some things but I guess not. So with that being said I will file a complaint with there cooperate office. Other then that lovely store like I said before but some of the workers do not need to be FRONT AND CENTER!
