I ordered a flooring product online for pick up, all of it came in with damaged corners. On the return, the customer service was helpful with with getting me a discount on the reorder. The reorder came in and was also damaged, this time customer service had zero interest in making it right. My only option was to reorder at the original price. So now I'm looking at 2 weeks with my kitchen floor being torn up, done with Home Depot unless they decide they actually want to help with the situation.

Why am I getting the worst experience ever at this Home Depot? Even managers aren’t thorough and willing to help. Ordered appliances near 3k, order delivered late and delivery people just dropped my dryers off w/o installing it and ran off. I have checked with staff of Home Depot and delivery few days earlier if I have everything for my dryers install. I have purchased 2 Dryers and both were just dropped off in one spot without even looking for connections. Employees at Home

So I send my wife over with 3 pictures from the Home Depot 's web site . Simple regulator for a bbq grill we bought from Home Depot. My wife was "helped" by an employee who had no fricken idea what they are doing. Sends my wife home with the wrong part...a regulator with 2 hoses....wtf? You had the picture from the your own website!

I am giving 4 Stars to this store because one exceptional associate, Frank in Oven/Cooktop Appliance Department. Frank Emailed price estimators (Xpro- bad experience) to get missing information. Frank gave us info for a second estimate (Prohome-great experience). Frank gave us names of great Electricians when installers realized they needed to move one outlet and also add a second outlet. While I ran into a few employees that did not know how to extract information from the company computer, I also have been helped by very knowledgeable salespersons such as Frank!

"Blind in the Blinds Department." No disrespect to the visually impaired intended. We sought help from M*******, but alas, she doesn't know how to cut blinds. On the day we came here, Home Depot had just two representatives in its "Blinds Department," for three times as many customers. Poor M******** was on the store intercom, seeking help. My pre-teen kid asked " what do they (Home Depot) do if someone dies here?" A s***st***m is Home Depot Bethesda. It's staff in the Blinds Department are the "blind leading the blind." No offense, of course.

I'm giving this place 5 stars because my shopping experience was great today. Was looking for an additional smoke detector to supplement one I bought the other day. Couldn't find it on the end cap and was about to give up. One of the guys working there was walking by and asked if I needed help. Seems like nobody in hardware stores does this anymore. He pointed me to another section that I would never have found. Saved me lots of time and frustration. 2 other employees were also very polite and helpful. My compliments to the manager and employees. Parking lot is still a jihh

My how Home Depot has changed on the customer service front. Being from Atlanta, I'm somewhat forgiving of them since they're my "hometown" company. Yet this location, along with countless others, has gone from a customer service helper every aisle to having to chase people for business they could easily earn. Little ownership to tackle customer issues, and lots of pass offs to others - others who never seem to show up. Home Depot, you lost easy business today for a major home improvement job...all because you never would get someone to the door section when someone was requested twice. Updated: Karla took over the reins and really took ownership in our buying experience and never made us feel rushed. I would highly recommend going to her for your door needs - she was an all-star after a rough start.

THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR STAFF BETTER!!! I asked a couple of people for help and they couldn't help me. If it wasn't for this gentlemen, Mr. Carmelo, or this young boy, Nicholas, I wouldn't be able to find what I was looking for.
