I just had the BEST customer service experience from Jackie at this location. I was looking for some very specific items and Jackie went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed before I left the store. She was so incredibly kind and friendly - Just a wonderful experience all around. I loved it!!!! Thank you, Jackie, for all your help today. You are an exemplary employee and Janie and Jack is lucky to have you!!!

Janie & Jack has the sweetest baby clothes. I always get baby shower clothes there because they are so special. The recipient is always so happy. And the gift box tops off the warm wishes with a touch of class. My favorite childrens store. The help there is so friendly and ready to help.

Got a gift went to the store to exchange. They were to order me a larger size. Ordered wrong size and both store manager and customer service said there is nothing they can do but for me to wait and after receiving the item to bring it back to exchange! I had informed the associate that I’m leaving out of the country for 2months. They said unfortunately they can’t do anything. The customer service said there is no supervisor available and hung up the phone. The store manager said that’s what she was told that nothing they can do and I said I want to speak to ur super visor and she said sure k and hung up the phone. Horrible customer service and staff!!

No customer service what-so-ever. Sales person (likely the manager) walked past me several times without uttering a word. She didn't speak to the only other customer there either so I'm sure it wasn't personal. Had to ask for help. Was told they didn't have the size I was seeking without offering to order the size I needed online. Had to ask for that too. She said sure when I asked her to order it. The other "sales" person was in her phone and never looked up. If I didn't want the super cute super overpriced, even on sale, outfit for my niece I would have left. Gymboree and Crazy 8 already closed down due to poor sales. Will the same company owned store be next?

Returned some items and received a gift card for the credit. Since they are closing their store, they wouldn't accept the gift card. So, they have the clothes back AND my money ☹ï¸

They rather gossip about other employer than to help customer. Especially the guy with the braids he is very rude and never greet customers. He will look st you and look away. I have been there 3 times and each time the same thing happens.

The African American young lady was very helpful and cheery. I believe retail employees should have that same demeanor.
