I have been taking my car here for years. I had a prior Camry for 15 years and have had my current one for roughly 7 years. I enjoy Toyota vehicles. I will say every time I bring my car in for a minor service I end up spending way more than what I expect for a minor service. I seem to get many other issues noted by the service department. I'm not certain if they are being proactive(which is good) or adding unnecessary things on. I think the labor costs are too high. My car has been very reliable and I expect so much from Toyota. Maybe it's time for a new car. I'm not quite ready for that step just yet. I feel a little unsatisfied with recent experiences and of the brand. Doesn't seem like EV vehicles are on the horizon either.

Took 7 months to get the Pruis Prime XSE but well worth the wait. Fabulous car! Even better was Igroop Singh who was a spectacular sales consultant. She was smart, knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Will definitely go back to Coleman’s because of her. Wasn’t sure about a white car, but look at that car with our white golden! How perfect. Thanks Igroop.

Great dealership! Initially worked with a salesperson who ended up leaving, but they handed me off seamlessly to another salesperson and it was still a great experience. I ended up working with Arvin Go who was very friendly, informed, and expedient with getting things done. They were flexible and informative with helping reserve my GR Corolla (my first time reserving a car ahead of time) and let me know quickly when the car arrived. We had already worked out a bunch of pricing ahead of time so when I went to get my car it was less than an hour experience! Thank you, Jim Coleman Team, and especially thank you to Arvin!

Luis Mejia and Arvin took their time to help me purchase my first Tacoma. I have purchased 3 corollas from this same location and they never fail to make me feel grateful for their service. I drive all the way from centreville Virginia to their location because I know the amazing service they provide each and every time! Gift Arvin a brand new Tundra!

Arvin has very good service. Very helpful, patient, and understanding. I’d say he’s more honest to you than most sales representatives. Arvin goes the extra mile to help any customers need. I’m so happy with my new Toyota Tacoma and Arvin helped me through the whole process. Jose Redd was amazing at handling business. I loved the way he was customer service friendly and more concerned about what the customer was looking for versus how much money we had in our pocket. As a repeat customer, I went to purchase a car on 12/22/2023, and arrived just as the staff were having their Christmas party. Initially, the salesman quoted me around $50k for a specific vehicle, and I countered with my offer. He said that was impossible to go any lower than $48. I told him I had already received an offer below that from the dealership and showed him.He said he would go "talk to his manager," then I sat at his desk as he grabbed a plate of cheese and some other finger foods and stood at the table eating, perhaps 25 feet away.He came back, asked me what it would take to get me in a car 'today,' and then he got up for a second plate. He ended up getting four plates while I sat there, eating them all away from his desk.Eventually, I stood up to leave and the salesman said he was going to grab the manager, a man named 'Will', who came over and asked what it would take to get me to sign that day. I told him at that point that I would not be buying a vehicle that day. I started explaining what I was looking for, but I could tell he wasn't interested in anything I had to say at that point.The whole experience of the salesman going to eat several times while I sat there was a bit surreal, especially as I was intermittently asked "Okay, what can I/we do to get you into a car today? What do you WANT to pay for the car?"1) Be honest brokers and upfront; 2) Don't leave me sitting there while I watch you eat, it's rude.

First own car @19 and all i can say is arvan was AMAZING and patient with me and helping me find a car in my budget along with his general manager that helped as well and respect was on 100% the minute i walked in and the financing person alex was VERY Helpful with finding the best deal for me! Would recommend them 10/10 & thank you hope to see you guys in the future!!!

Before we decided to buy this Rav4 hybrids BECAUSE of the kinds, honest sale/manager/business manager. Saleman Mr. Paulo Brahja Luis Mejia, he explained and go through every single detail and go extra steps for the price comparison between the other Toyota dealers that we went. He helps us talk with the sale manager Mr. Adam Carter, very nice man, Adam willing to stay late to help my son get the 500 dollars student rebate. Because the system errors and Saturday dealer closed at 8 pm but they won’t mind staying late to help my son. For processing the financial, Mr. Bienvenu Bahai, the business manager goes through every single details even it's already very late, he got us the best loan rate and explained clearly. Before I come to this dealer, I always think the cars dealer here is expensive because it's Bethesda location, BUT it's not true, the price, the services, the pp here are so kind and honest. I would recommend everyone to go with this dealer.

As a general rule, I like getting my car serviced at this location. It has a clean and spacious waiting room with good wifi connection, and they get the job done efficiently. That said they have two TERRIBLE employees at the service desks, and if you get either, your experience will likely be deplorable. ALIM RAZI and CHRISTOPHER MWEPU are rude, unfriendly and seemingly maybe sexist. I would avoid them at all cost.

"YOU'RE KILLING ME!" These are the words I had to say over the phone with the salesperson to stop the sales pressure! On a Tuesday, around noon, I called to see if a particular advertised vehicle was available -- it was. I said I'll take it and promptly gave them my credit card for a $500 non-refundable deposit. Then incredible pressure from the salesperson began for me to come in to complete the transaction the very next day. I tried working on my schedule to do this but conveyed to the salesperson that it would be very difficult to be there the next day, Wednesday (also I was approximately 150 miles away from the dealership)...but said I could make it on Thursday. This was not acceptable as the salesperson continued (from phone calls and texts) the pressure, pressure, and more pressure for me to get there the next day, Wednesday. Once I had enough of the pressure campaign, I called him and said, "YOU'RE KILLING ME with all this pressure. I don't understand all the pressure! Stop with the pressure!" He gave reasons -- high demand car, we need to get it off the lot, etc. This made no sense. He also insisted that I would need to complete a credit application despite my telling him I was not financing the vehicle and I'll make full payment by whatever means he wished to receive the payment. He said the credit application is still required -- dealership requires it, and then when on to mention "since 9/11..." I said requiring a credit application makes no sense in this particular transaction. Painfully, we agreed I would bring my checkbook with me on Friday (his day off was Thursday) and finish sorting through the details at the dealership (such as extended warranties and other services, etc.). Once I got there, he was nice but the credit application came up again. I refused to complete the credit application. He brought the "finance guy" over who initially said that I wouldn't be able to take the car home that day because my payment in any form would take days to process. I said that is fine, I can come back another time to pick it up. He then changed to say, indeed, I could run over to the nearby bank and obtain a cashier's check (I had initially offered to bring a certified check) and that I wouldn't have to complete the credit application and I could take the car home this same day. Additionally, as I was completing the remaining paperwork, I saw that the dealership has a military/veteran's discount to be applied to their $500 processing fee. I am a veteran (as also confirmed on my driver's license). I was told I did not qualify because I wasn't currently active duty nor had I left the military within the last two years -- so just adding to some disappointment on top of the aggravation. In between the points of aggravation and once "total nonsense" was muscled through, the three people I interfaced with were nice to me. In my view, the points of aggravation were totally unnecessary. If the car had existed elsewhere, I would not have purchased the vehicle from this dealer.

Mahyar was amazing. I inquired online for the RAV4 Prime and he contacted me immediately. He showed me what options I had available and was able to get me in the exact car that I wanted. My husband was so impressed he even got him a car for himself. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

I came to Jim Coleman to purchase a used car. I explained I was purchasing the car for my daughter and my 9 month old grandson. Somehow they didn’t understand that I was entrusting them to provide a safe vehicle. But that is not what I received. Less than three weeks after owning the car there was a loud noise coming from the engine. I took it to two independent Inspection stations and learned the car should have never passed inspection. I went back to Jim Coleman and spoke with the used car manager who attempted to tell me that every inspector doesn’t find mechanical issues. I went on to show him the inspection reports that I had and explained brake rotors and engine issues were obvious problems that should have been found when they inspected the car. A month later after they stated the car was safe, it stopped on the Inter county connector. My daughter and grandson were trapped in the middle lane with cars speeding close to them. My daughter called me in tears fearing for her life and my grandson. I had the car towed to Jim Coleman Toyota. Again I was told the car was repaired. This past Monday the check engine light came on and grinding in the front left wheel required I call Jim Coleman Toyota. My call was answered by a service representative. I told her about the issues I had with the car. She proceeded to tell me that it wasn’t her concern and that her job was to set appointments. As I told her that her job was also customer service she hung up on me. I now feel like I have been conned. I purchased a car for my daughter that was supposed to be inspected and work performed prior to selling it. I absolutely doubt this was done. I was lied to by the used car manager who I believe chose not to have the required work done in order to increase his profits while not caring about the safety risk created. I am now seeking resolution with the general manager to resolve the issue. I’ve yet to get a response.

We had a great experience at Jim Coleman Toyota, especially with the help of our sales consultant, LUIS CORTES! He is bilingual in english and Spanish which was great. He was very patient and helped us get a great and safe car for our daughter in school. If you are looking for a reliable, trusting, and patient person, go to him! We are thankful that we found him and can not thank him enough for helping us get a wonderful and safe RAV4 XSE!

Sachin, Adam, and Ben were absolutely amazing. I had been to several dealerships in the DMV looking for a vehicle and Jim Coleman Toyota was hands down the best one!
