I always go early in the morning and I'm back out the door within 10 min. They get the job done quick. I don't even need to take time off work. I love this location been going to this one for over 2 years. FYI I get blood work done 3-4 times a year.

I went in for bloodwork, waited over two week for results, left two emails looking for results and now my doctor is being told that despite the doctors order, the tests were not done. No other explanation

This is the most insane place when it comes to customer service. Any time a Rep cannot or will not give out a simple fax number so patient orders can be faxed over is exactly that, insane. Labcorp has been around long enough that it can do better than that. If the numbers have changed online than make sure the new numbers are reflected. This is about patient care and if Labcorp is not onboard with this than I truly wonder at the accuracy and efficiency of their whole process.

No complaints! Both the receptionist and phlebotomist were pleasant and friendly, I was called to the window at 12:33 for my 12:30 appointment, barely felt the needle, and was out the door by 12:40.

I went to your Fernwood location in Bethesda, MD today for a bio screen for work. Part of the screen was a waist measurement. The tech who took the data used a paper tape measure. Greater than 36" and she had to use to pieces held together. She came up with a measurement of 65". I said that was impossible - I am not small, but in no way am I 65". She said she would take it again and came up the same. I told her she is reading it incorrectly - she insisted she knew what she was doing and she was doing it right. I said, think about how big 65" is - that's over 5'. She insisted she knew what she was doing. She asked what I thought it should be. I said around 42". She then asked how long ago that was. It was the summer. She said she would write down that measurement because clearly I was upset. I wasn't upset - I am exasperated. I told her, put down what you want for me, but for the next person, you need to know you are doing it wrong. She would not listen. I went home, with my tape measure I show I am 44". That your tech would not listen to reason, or THINK for that matter, and is perfectly fine providing inaccurate data for health insurance purposes is a major problem. At the very least this tech needs retraining. I am utterly appalled this is your standard. Not only did she not care that her data collection is flawed, she then just put down whatever number I said. I may as well have said 35" because then I would of passed that portion of the bio screen.

There are no professionals in this location and everyone is rude. Big, big! screw up in our last visit. The technician prepared only one tube and missed a second test that was required and listed on the page. We cannot even repeat the blood draw because it was supposed to happen before the start of medication. I got the impression the technician was not very competent because he put the name sticker on the tube after getting the blood, which seems to me would be in the wrong order as you have to ensure the sample is placed in the proper tube. Plus wait times at this location are long even with appointments. And they don't have enough chairs or space in the waiting room.

This is the first review I have ever written in my life but the customer service here was so outrageously rude and unprofessional I had to comment. I am a health care professional and will never under any circumstances recommend going here.If I could do zero stars I would

The self check-in system was the only choice to get signed in, and the system says you can wait anywhere and we will text you. Nothing happened for an hour and it seems all people in the waiting room have been waiting. No one was in the check in area to answer questions. The system also doesn't send an initial text to say you are in line. Finally someone shows up and says the system is down and says we are rebooting the system and we will get to you (when we get to you).

My child has leukemia and had blood drawn at Labcorp yesterday. They threw one vial out and so we had to go back today. We weren't aware that the orders are deleted after the draw so when we got there a little before 4, we had to get Peds Oncology to resend them asap. They did- however it was 402pm. We were told they closed at 4pm so we could not be seen. She also told me not to cut it so close next time. Given that they were urgent labs, I had to drive over half an hour to Children's to get labs drawn. I can't understand a place that cannot show kindness to a child with cancer.

After dealing with rude and unprofessional staff at Friendship Heights LabCorp location, had a much better experience at their Fernwood location.

Made an appointment for a COVID test. Got there and they tell me I need my doctor's order. I didn't have it but they told me I could have it faxed there. OK, fine. I had it faxed and they received. They tell me that even with the fax, the order is still not in their system, and they still won't see me. I ask why they told me to get a fax when the fax didn't make a difference. Didn't really understand their response. Bottom line, they say, it's not in their system, so I can either re-register online and pay $119 for a COVID test or I can't get tested. I even had them on the phone with my primary care facility and it couldn't be figured out. After almost an hour of back-and-forth, I left and went to a different Labcorp location (11120 New Hampshire Ave.). They took me there as a walk-in, accepted the fax order from my primary care, took my swab sample, and I was in and out of there in about 10 minutes.

The facility was clean. The process was mystifying. I was a walk-in. Neither my doctor nor the Lab Corp materials I saw indicated one could make an appointment. I needed only to provide a blood sample for my endocrinologist. The waiting area showed a list of persons, some of whom had appointments, others of whom were walk-ins. I was called well before many on the list. I have no idea why. There were also mystifying examples of people being called and then others going in more quickly. We're they ones with appointments? Who knows? The person at the desk was not particularly communicative. She also asked questions answered in the intake process entered electronically and, in one instance, seemed to lead one older lady to give up and leave. If I need to go to Lab Corp again I'll try a different location.
