Nice Macy's location here at Westfield Montgomery Mall. I loved coming out here back before it was under Westfield. The store was clean, everything was well placed and no trash anywhere.

Please people don't go to Macy's and the important thing is their credit card is unbelievably a group of thief who wants to robb your pocket. And if you need help there is no qualifying manager to answer your questions!

The employees at the Petites Dresses department were so nice and helpful. They went out of their way to give my elderly aunt amazing service. We appreciated how patient and kind they were.

Help was hard to find. Long lines at the registers, long lines at the fitting rooms, and no ample seating for those waiting for people in the fitting rooms. So, basically, I have to stand in long lines to spend my money. Just like Disney World where I won't go either. This is a very inconvenient place to shop.
