This macy’s may be the worse experience I have ever received. I now suffer from PTSD after tripping over a coach then getting yelled at my an employee. I sincerely ask that you get new staff and add more safety for customers. I now have to be in a wheel chair because of this store.

this store is very disappointing. they do not appreciate customers. me and my brothers were shopping for a bed for our family, and we got kicked out immediately. I FEEL INSULTED. please be more respectful of customers, and let people look around your store. ☹️

This store is tucked away and kinda terrible. It feels abandoned, they never have what I am looking for and the store is often a bit cluttered and dirty. It also feels like a weird combination of too big and too small with seemingly only one way in or out of the store which is a tad unsettling. Now that I think about it I can’t think of the last time I saw one of these separate “Macy’s Home And Furniture” stores ever work right. I swear most if not all of these only exist as a byproduct of Macy’s buying Hect’s in 2005 and rebranding the space, similar to why Fair Oaks Mall in Fairfax has 2 Macy’s stores. I would not recommend wasting your time here.

Be aware that if you purchase the WORRYNOMORE protection plan. The sales representatives are not honest. I was told I would receive a refund on the WORRYNOMORE if I didn't use it after 5 years. Don't believe that, the truth is, You have to contact them a month before the 5 years. If you contact them after 5 years, you lose your money. And, they only give you a stinky voucher to use for furniture, mattresses, or rugs with white glove delivery. Awful!

rude lady that works while at was smelling cologne. She was working at the perfume section had blond hair. was bothering me while I was smelling cologne the whole time i was there.

We ordered a couch over 3 months ago and were told by our salesperson it would take max 6-8 weeks and still have no date on when it’s coming. He keeps stringing us along telling us it’s coming soon with no firm update. Customer service can’t provide an update either. Systems seem fragmented and we still have no idea when our couch will arrive. For all the time and effort and stress this was not worth it at all - will prefer somewhere with better systems and customer service in the future.

Many items don't have a price tag. You need to scan with your cell for price making shopping tedious. They probably did it to boost their app usage. Bad idea!
