I contacted Sandy from out of state with an urgent printing request. She was immediately responsive and went above and beyond to take care of my project. I then worked with Rich who delivered the project same day. I was simply blown away by the service, professionalism and care exhibited by this shop. 10/10!

Sandy and Leslie were both very helpful throughout the processes of my many business card orders. The prices are also very reasonable and turnaround time is quick. We're all super happy with how the cards came out -- very crisp and the colors look great! They were quick to answer emails and phone calls so I was never left hanging.

I had to have something printed then reprinted in a short amount of time. Not only was Sandy responsive to my initial outreach, she also kept me posted along the way, reached out for proof approval and finally provided delightful service when I picked up. I highly recommend this business. Seems more customer-centric than some competitors.

Customer service is severely lacking. They came out and measured my retail windows and never got back to me about cost, installation, time frame, etc. Every time I called I got the run around. Emails went unanswered. Now more than a week has been wasted trying to get updates to see what’s going on. As a business owner I would never treat any clients or potential clients this way. Do better.

The best measure of an outstanding business is when there are challenges. Any business can do the easy thing. Minuteman Press Bethesda is just great. We created a holiday letter with a variety of inserted photographs and fonts, and saved a .docx file as a .pdf. When it was printed however, it differed from the WYSIWYG and what we created and wanted. Sandy and the team were a joy to work with in solving the problem!! There was something wrong with the file or the software, and the folks at Minuteman Press Bethesda did what was necessary to correct the file and fix the problem.They stand by their work in order to make sure you are satisfied. The final product was perfect.
