Older woman at the front desk was incredibly rude.I called to schedule an initial appointment 12 days ago and spoke with this same woman. I confirmed the appt date, and wrote it in my phone and desk calendars.Today I show up to my appointment 15 minutes early, and she says I have no appointment scheduled. She claimed that she “remembers talking to me on the phone, but doesn’t know what to tell me.” She said I have to reschedule, meanwhile there are PTs standing around in the room.When I became upset that I would have to wait another few weeks to be seen, she doubled down on her attitude. I am in a lot of pain and she acted as if I didn’t even matter. I did not get an apology or even an acknowledgment that she could have possibly made a mistake.She was also rude to the patient in line before me as well.This was a complete waste of time. Do not go here if you expect professionalism.

I am so grateful to Andrea Miller for all the PT sessions as well as the support she has provided me as I recovered from my surgery.I did not expect at all that I would have limited mobility after the surgery, and was very glad that my surgeon referred me to NovaCare at Bethesda. Andrea is caring, compassionate, and professional. She helped me understand how the recovery process would look like, and patiently answered all the questions that I had. With her help, I was able to recover quickly and fully. Chatting with her during the session was always fun, and I looked forward to the sessions (recovery during the pandemic can be isolating).All the other staff I interacted with were very helpful and wonderful, too.I highly recommend NovaCare Bethesda to anyone who needs PT.

I am delighted to review NovaCare physical therapy in Bethesda. I was having difficulty walking, with significant pain in my hip. I worked with Kate for about six months, and I am able to walk without pain. She devised many different exercises to add flexibility to the hip area and used massage to get to the deep pain. I was originally referred to Kate by a colleague at work who had to travel a long distance to this facility. I feel lucky that NovaCare in Bethesda is near my home. I have recommended Kate to others. She is not only competent but is a truly caring person. My appointments always been right n time. I highly recommend this physical therapist.

Very pleased with the care and attention shown at Bethesda Metro Center NovaCare. The clinic is just the right size: not too big and not too small. Some clinics associated with orthopedic practices feel like airport terminals (Centers for Advanced Orthopedics, I'm talking to you), but here I never feel lost in the shuffle. The quality of care from my PT, Kate Grant, is excellent.

The facility is neat and clean. My PT, Boris, is professional, patient, and knowledgeable. He is careful with his analysis and methodical in prescribing the appropriate exercises.

I've used NovaCare at this facility for PT on 3 sperate occasions. I've worked with all three therapists and the support staff. All are very professional land courteous. The therapists are pros and know how to assist you in your recovery as well as make you feel comfortable. I wish more places handled customer service / care as well as this team does.

Ivan is the best at explaining the how and why to all the exercises that he assigns. He also gives me alternative ways of doing exercises when I have trouble completing them. He sees when I am not doing them correctly and immediately calls me out and I get the full benefit of the exercise. Thank you for all you do.

My name is DR. Fara Allen. I am fortunate as I am a patient of NovaCare in Bethesda and have been with them for years. Both the administrative and clinical part of NovaCare are implacable. They have improved and maintained my health after serious injuries, one of which is of neurologic nature. The management is knowledgeable, informative, very fair, professional and hardworking. I will give you an example. A couple years ago, BC/BS which I paid a fortune for both for myself & my staff rejected some claims due to their beurocratic, very complex and strange coverage criteria. The manager of Novacare in Bethesda, Maryland wrote that balance off generously. Boris the physical therapist & Brian who is both a PT & manager are sympathetic and helpful to my situation. Sara, the front desk administrator is always there for me. I feel home when I go to Novacare for my treatment. I hope I make it up to you one day.
