They are supposed to closed 9:00pm and are closing early because they do not want to work. Very disappointed.

Yesterday I went to the Old Navy after a long time. Everyone except one foreign guy who did answer my question was miserable. No one welcomed the customers, and no one asked the customers if they needed help. They weren't even smiling.
While I was looking to see if this store has the items that I wanted to return in a different size, I asked the guy if I could exchange or receive a store credit for the items that I purchased before at another location, but they don't fit me. Unfortunately, I lost the receipt and took the tags off. He said, Let me ask the supervisor. The supervisor came from the back. She had the attitude and said no. She said if you don't have the receipt and tags, we won't accept an exchange, or we won't give store credit. I purchased my items and paid cash, but that was not pleasant customer service. I read Old Navy's policy online. It says it all depends on the store manager. Even if there's no tag, store managers do make accommodations.
If they don't make some changes in their behavior, the store will receive serious complaints from other customers.

This store is small. I rarely find anything good in this one. Also don’t like that you can’t even see yourself in mirrors. There’s one in sight and they were blocked.

Old Navy at Montgomery Mall is a great spot for affordable, stylish clothing for the whole family. The store is spacious and well-stocked, with frequent promotions to snag great deals. Staff are friendly, though weekends can get busy. A solid choice for budget-friendly fashion!
