The staff including the manager are clueless as to how their register works! They double charged me, showed them my bank activity/statement and still refused to accept their mistake and won’t refund me!

After years of short term boarding with Petsmart pet hotel we decided to give their grooming a try. My double coated, 130lb Leonberger was left with the groomers for a bath and brush which ended up being a haircut and brush because of some matting on her hindquarters. I was called and informed of this change in service/pricing. When I arrived to pick up my dog, they had SHAVED her. My family is deeply disturbed by the apparent lack of knowledge and consideration exhibited by this groomer. Double coated dogs are not supposed to be shaved as it can harm their temperature regulation ability, lead to alopecia, in addition to the regrowth process being very uncomfortable. It may take years for her coat to regrow let alone to return to normal, not to mention she looks utterly ridiculous. We are deeply deeply upset with this service and will NEVER be returning.

I take my dog here to get her nails trimmed and they do a good job. Just make sure you get the trim and grind. It’s about $5 more, but when I’ve only paid for the trim in the past, they did not trim my dogs nails very much at all.

Rude employees, stupid how they act toward you, all the other stores are better than this need something? Go to north Bethesda PetSmart or Petco they actually treat as humans and not animals like a cockroach.
Disgusting.

I been here twice and safe to say I had bad experiences twice. The first time the employees were rude and the fish session looked worse than any store and had a bad experience. For the second time I called ahead to let them know I would be late and they might close before they said they would wait then u arrive at the place and refused entrance at 9pm I wanted to buy a simple thing and nope couldn’t get it for an emergency. Do better like the other stores. NEVER coming here again. Don’t recommend here even in emergencies and go elsewhere! Stupid that I even have to write here. L employees. L store.

We’re first time pawrents and took our puppy in for his first ever grooming. The staff was lovely and super professional with us. Everyone there was hard at work on their dogs and our little guy was seen by Jomeir. Jomeir was very sweet and gentle with him and left us feeling comfortable with leaving our pup behind with him. We got back a couple minutes early and got to watch him trim his nails and brush out his hair. Our pup was super calm the entire time and didn’t even notice us back until Jomeir started walking him back to us! We left with a happy pup and as happy pawrents definitely looking forward to the next time we come back :)

World's angriest manager!!! Tried to buy a little fish and got the most hostile interrogation and accurate lying about based on the how many fishtanks I had and what their sizes were. He was going to refuse to sell me a fish because he didn't believe that we had several fish tanks of different sizes. Good Lord I'd stay away.

Friendly and helpful staff. They offer grooming, dog training, cat adoption through Last Chance Animal Rescue (thanks for helping me find Banjo! ❤️), and validate parking for the attached garage!

Love this community pet store. Super friendly and very helpful. My new set up is running on Fluval CO2. No filter. So happy they had some Top Fin plants to complete my aquascaping.
