Wait time on a Monday afternoon... Only two staff, who are helping customers. Four folks in line ahead of me. Two up and walked out. After waiting 20 minutes one person in line advanced to see a service rep. No more movement after 30 minutes. I give up. Dismally understaffed. More to the point is that there are no tellers focused on only simple transactions . Unlike normal banking locations I've been to.

I don't know what happened to PNC Bank. It used to be my favorite bank, but evidently recent changes in the bank branch staffing (there are no tellers) and covid seems to have taken a toll. I can't get through to the bank on the phone, I can't make an appointment, the website appears to be broken and I haven't received my ATM card, and it's been over a month now, but I can't get ahold of anyone. Worst phone service robot as well, refuses to recognize my credentials. I'm about to take my money out and walk next door to another bank.

They scammed my boyfriend out of $800. If he would have bilked them, he would be arrested. The outside ATM did not release his $800 withdrawal. He went inside and told them. At the same time another customer came in an announced the same problem with the ATM. Mary witnessed this. After "investigation" they claim he got the money! "Customer service" said he could go into the bank and they would show him the videotape. Later Mary told him they would not do that. He DID NOT get the money and was bilked of $800. Show him the tape (which will prove he never got the $$) or give him the $800. How does Mary and bank employees maintain a clear conscious knowing the bank machine breaks and bilks customers regularly? Or do they? We will be fighting them until the end.

Need to learn from other banks who upgraded their ATM to something sophisticated. Wanted to deposit cash. I thought I lost the money due to malfunction. Good bank, but need some system upgrades.

How bad is this bank? VERY. Lots and lots of: Fees Confusing programs Never ending sales emails Terrible customer service I wanted to transfer some money to my daughters pnc account....3 business days! They hold your money 3 business days before depositing it back into another PNC account. A waste of time and money....

I sat in line for 30 minutes and there was only 2 people in front of me....... and they were being helped......... I WAITED 30 MINUTES JUST FOR ONE OF THE 2 PEOPLE TO FINISH TRANSACTIONS.........SMH NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO THERE

I came here to make a withdrawal at the counter and the woman who helped me (Mary) was exceptionally pleasant and extremely helpful. I was initially skeptical about coming to this PNC location after I saw the awful reviews but I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly everyone was.

Tried to deposit a check made out to myself and my fiancé with both of our names signed. The first time I was directed to deposit directly in the ATM instead of the teller depositing herself. The check did not go through and was sent back to my house. After calling and asking what the issue was the teller told me it was because my fiancé did not have an account and to come in and deposit directly at the counter with both signatures. I came in to do this and was directed by the manager that my fiancé had to be there with me to deposit the check. I was given incorrect information multiple times at this branch and have not had a good experience overall.

Incredibly rude and immature teller. She does not have any people or customer service skills. Needs re-training.

Nice staff and very capable. Limited number of tellers who do business accounts can cause long wait time.
