The customer service here shocked me. While I waited for the two tellers to resolve a minor issue with my check deposit, there was another young male teller with the least professionalism I’ve ever seen at PNC. He scoffed at his coworkers, berated them, mocked their use of the technology, and even dismissed the teller helping me with a rude hand gesture in plain view. I was extremely uncomfortable by this dynamic and it needs to be resolved by management so that neither employees nor clients at PNC experience this horrible man’s attitude problem. I wish I’d gotten his name so that I could report him. The other two tellers were very helpful, offering me snacks, and overall tried their best to make the experience less awkward. I would not return to this location.

Walked in, was checked in, waited 30 minutes without any signs I would be seen soon. Kept being told ‘they’d be with me in a minute’

This site most definitely does not have a drive-thru. They don’t have parking either. This is erroneous information posted on google maps.

They make taxes a real hassle. For what they charge they should file your taxes. Or at least provide cost basis for all investments, I had to call three times and then was told to call another numberfor the cost basis of FFRIX and one other. FFRIX should've been a long term dividend.had to get my wife on the phone with the rep every time. Then had to reverse calculate all the dividends myself.

This bank runs the drive thru PNC bank two blocks away. The employee at that branch, Hilary I believe, constantly serves customers on foot in their drive-thru while the rest of us sit in the car and wait. It’s a major safety issue for pedestrians and drivers. This specific cashier never smiles, is usually on the phone when I arrive and doesn’t like to say “good morning” either. It’s just overall an unpleasant experience to bank at this branch, but due to the nature of our business we have to use them. The experience at this bank as of late is the epitome of why PNC keeps losing their customers.

Most definitely was slow at the time I was there. The bank was completely empty and it took about twenty minutes to get a new bank card

This branch is responsible for the drive-through PNC not far from this branch. The drive-through is constantly serving customers on foot, who feel "entitled" to make their transactions at the drive through window. It is absolutely unsafe for these pedestrians (who many times don't check for incoming traffic) and unfair for anyone who is running a business and uses this branch as a daily stop. There are times where a customer on foot jumps in front of the car. Again, at a drive through! I've seen days when there is a mix of pedestrians and cars 1 to 1. I've left my name and phone number. I don't expect for my call to be returned but I am afraid someone is going to get hurt sooner or later at the neighboring drive-through, and that's not going to be a nice situation. PNC is going to get sued big time by both the driver and the pedestrian.

I needed to open up a new & do not access Savings Account, & Lara, my new Relationship Banker gave me the 5 star treatment. Lara, made sure she took the time to introduce & explain the different options that would be beneficial to my long term saving goals & was not busy at all. If Lara, didn't have the answer she asked her co-worker Scott, who was in the next office & did not hesitate to pop in to lend a hand. I really appreciated the teamwork they gave each other. It made me more comfortable in my decision of selecting PNC over my other two choices. As I was getting ready to go, Lara offers to assist me with my Online Registration, which I obliged & was seamless. She also coordinated an appointment for me to meet with one of the Financial Advisors...the extra client services was very welcomed. The mobile app is user-friendly & PNC which is based out of Pittsburgh, operates in 19 states...mostly East Coast & Midwest with a few down south. Within a few hours after I left the branch, I got a Welcome and Thank You email from Lara, thanking me for my business & extending her service upon my needs. I look forward to growing my retirement trajectory with PNC & Lara.
