Second Story Knits is a fantastic shop with a fantastic yarn selection. The owner and staff are knowledgeable, helpful, kind, patient, and warm. They provide excellent sit-down table assistance with projects and can modify patterns. The shop stocks a nice variety of yarn and notions, with many projects providing inspiration. They offer private knitting lessons and host a nice knit and chat night. While some past feedback mentioned unfriendly service, recent experiences report a positive change, with service described as warm and kind. Customers find the shop absolutely fantastic and highly recommend it, often leaving with a new project.

These are the nicest people! So many times I’ve come in with a question, and they are so helpful and patient. The yarn selection is fantastic and there are lots of projects in the store that provide inspiration. Love Second Story Knits!!!
