I can’t recommend this shop enough! I’m a grad student new to Maryland, and both times I’ve needed help, they’ve gone above and beyond. The owner is friendly, accommodating, and really understands how stressful car trouble can be—especially when you’re far from home. On multiple occasions, he was able to help me out last minute, making the process fast and easy. It made a huge difference for me. Thank you for your kindness and excellent work!

I wouldn’t even give them one star. I used to come here when it was owned by Asian people, but noticed the ownership recently changed when I visited today. They charged me $65 for a FLAT TIRE. It’s a rip-off. Don’t go here.

Adam saves the day! Not all mechanics are created equal—experience makes a mechanic wiser. Adam is a skilled problem solver and also a genuinely good man. In the midst of a full-force snowstorm, he came through with reasonable pricing and, most importantly, got the car fixed. Home safe, thanks to Adam!
A+++++ I’d give him 10 stars.

Had another outstanding service experience at River Road Shell Service center. Adam was an exceptional service advisor. He was very friendly, courteous, diligent and thorough. He worked very hard to make sure all of my concerns were properly taken care of. In fact, the entire team at RRS was outstanding. I trust them completely to perform a quality service on my Atlas and to provide excellent customer assistance. I’m glad I met Adam. He and the River Road service team do it right the first time and stand by their repairs!!. They certainly represent the Shell Service Center brand well.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STATION. THEY ARE A FRAUD. THEY PUT THEMSELVES OUT TO BE AN INSPECTION STATION AND THEY ARE NOT!!!! WE LIVE CLOSE AND STOPPED BY TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT FOR INSPECTION OF OUR NEW CAR. ANGEL SAID TO BRING IT IN MARCH 25 AT 11;00A AND LEAVE IT FOR THE DAY AND THE CHARGE WOULD BE $115. SO WE TOOK OUR VEHICLE TO BE INSPECTED BELIEVING THEY WOULD BE THE STATION DOING THE INPSECTION. WHEN WE PICKED UP THE CAR WE WERE CHARGED $195 AND THE CAR HAD 35 MILES PUT ON IT. WHEN WE QUESTIONED ADAM, WE WERE TOLD THEY TOOK THE CAR TO A MOBILE STATION ON GEORGIA AVE. TO GET IT DONE EARLIER. I CALLED THE ASED TO COMPLAIN AND WERE TOLD THIS STATION IS NOT A REGISTERED MARYLAND INSPECTION STATION.
THEY ARE LIARS AND A FRAUD.

Adam and his team at One Stop Auto are the most professional, considerate, and thorough auto repair shop, I have encountered in decades. As a woman, trying to find a mechanic and/or auto repair shop that is trustworthy, honest, and offer fair pricing, is incredibly difficult. This shop provided all of that - every time and often went over and beyond that... they take the time to explain the issue, saved parts to show me the difference between what was there and why it needed to be replaced... I never do recommendations... but Adam's customer service is simply unmatched. I highly recommend One Stop Auto, 5110 River Road Bethesda, for all of your automotive maintenance and repair needs. Hands down, the very best!!

Love everyone at River Road Shell! Just got back from living in the Pacific NW, and now live in DC, but will make the commute because of their Friendly, and professional service. Adam and his service people were great in diagnosing my car 's problems and addressing issues like my scarily bent rods. They found a serious water pump problem and recognized it was still covered under warranty at another station and encouraged me to go ahead and get it fixed at the other station that held the warranty. Very honest. I trust this station.

My husband has been pumping gas here for years ever since my husband moved his job close by this location. Now, their no longer upside reward app affiliated. Will pump to a different location @ Wisconsin ave 2 street down. So disappointed.....
