Absolute the worst Customer Service ever and the food looks horrible. The line was line , only one person until Laura came out fifteen minutes later.. Laura especially was rude. I asked if I could have some banana peppers or sweet peppers, She rudely asked me do I even know what banana peppers look like. If container would be fill and clean I probably would have been able to tell. What type of place does servers talks to their customers like that?

Today, in Feb 2023 for the first time since Summer 2022 I visited this Subway and I see why I haven't been there in so long. I literally saw a roach crawling on top of their cookies!

I wish there was a negative rating available!!!Tried ordering online from my phone - wouldn't work.Switched to Google Chrome on a laptop...got through the order process and suddenly n-o-t-h-i-n-g. DEBIT CARD CHARGED #1, screen said would be ready at X:XX PM. Sent son to pick up...."we have no order"They would not take an order from his phone from me (he didn't know the order). So, had to call the store. NO ANSWER!?!Tried to order on a different browser. Everything looked good. Went to check out....all looked good....DEBIT CARD CHARGED AGAIN #2!....my son went back in, no order!Texted him the order, transferred money to his debit card and then sent a screen shot with the COUPON CODE to use. THEY REFUSED TO HONOR THE COUPON....ARGH!?!I've tried calling the store AGAIN...no answer. Again, no answer.Overall cost:90 minutes my time ordering90 minutes son's driving & waiting timeTBD Time trying to get a refund: TBD because there is no human customerservice available1st order attempt charges2nd order attempt chargesIn-store order chargesBTW, the sandwiches were cr*p.NEVER buying subway again...

This place used to be clean, but not anymore. And, I tried ordering online with a coupon code, but they didn't get my order, but it charged me! So, I had to order again, PAY AGAIN and am still trying to get my money back. FRUSTRATED the store wouldn't help or at least show any empathy regarding my situation. Oh, and they completely ignored my coupon....
