I love to buy jewelry from this store or purchase on line and pickup at store,I have bought so many for past couple years but unfortunately every time I go to store for pickup I leave so disappointed and very upsetI wish I could give zero star ratingThe lady store manager is extremely rude and mean and when you enter the store instead of seeing happy and welcoming faces they come to you like what are you doing here and make you feeling so uncomfortable and store manager is just ready to start the argument and so confrontational, in the future if I purchase anything from Swarovski definitely I will go to another location to shop I don't want to go through this horrible experience anymore

Probably one of the worse customer service experiences i have for jewelry shop, people dont know how to smile. Walked in asking for simple valentines gift for around $400$500 her face ? is already explaining that she dont wanna help. She act like everyone come to store for engagement ring to spend $10k or some and with that customer service if I was also spending that much i will never go to u with that customer service

Don’t go. Worst customer service I’ve seen in years. 4 employees. Only one with a smile under Mask. Go figure. Very arrogant. Almost as if they don’t want to sell anything. I purchased a necklace an bracelet before Xmas for my wife to wear at a wedding on the 12/31/23. She went in today the 3oth. Service was so bad she almost wanted to return what I purchased for her. I spent $600. We might still return the items as it gave my wife a sour taste to wear this items.

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. I am usually treated with respect and kindness when I shop here but this time when I went inside the store to purchase a tennis bracelet I received attitude from the employee as soon as I walked in. Girl with the green hair, looked at us entering and didn’t even greet us. She stared at us in disgust and didn’t ask if we needed help or a simple hello welcome in. On top of that, when we decided to look at the bracelets, she walks up to us, gets in our personal space and says “if you want to see I will show you”. With attitude once again. Needs to be trained on how to be a polite person. Won’t be shopping at this location

Came in to seek for ring size measurement after encountering rude and unpleasant experience from masica diamonds (pike and rose). Didn’t expect any helps but they surprised me. I don’t know her name but I know she’s Asian and pretty. She did not hesitate to help me with my ring size despite they don’t have the tools. She used few of her sample rings to give me an idea and she’s amazing! Saved my day from the awful experience from Masica. This is why Swarovski is my regulars and favorite dailywear jewelry brand!!

Beautiful store with lots of beautiful jewelleries. They have good selection of designs mainly based around shing stones. If you love sparkling jewelleries, you go to see this place.

The item it’s pretty nice the service really bad my first and last time not sure was the maneger she’s was acting really rude wen I was try to be a member I asked for 10 porcent discount sale lady she say yes but manger say no was really wired

I personally love discussing my purchase with employees because I love asking for their thoughts and opinions. This time around I was having a rough time choosing a gift and asked the employees for their opinion. Not only did they give me honest, truthful advice, it actually swayed my purchase and I think I got the right gift because of them. Phenomenal customer service

I'm happy with the quality of my item but not so much with the customer service. I ordered a pen as a gift on the website for a store pickup. The sales rep had the pen in the tiniest jewelry gift bag ( half the size of the pen). I told her it was a gift and needed something better. I asked for a pen box, she told me that they didn't have any, she had a bigger gift bag that worked, grabbed some gift back paper and my pen with no care and put it in the bag. Even Tj Maxx gives more attention to the item they wrap. I had to redo the whole thing once home and make it more presentable. I read the other reviews and they're confirming what I thought. The store needs better customer service

Manager is very unprofessional. I went to exchange a ring that I got as a gift because it was too tight. A staff member continued with the exchange after getting me the new ring. She didn’t tell me that in order to do an exchange for something purchased online, she would have to return the money to the original account. Since I didn’t pay for the ring and have no contact with the person who did, I have no access to the money that was just returned. I express to her that I wish she would’ve told me before going through with the return. Her and her co-worker go to get the manager right away. The manager came out on the phone and as soon as she understood the situation, addressed me with such a rude and unprofessional tone. She was speaking to me as if she felt they did the right thing. She didn’t want to try anything to help the situation. In the end she stormed out dramatically telling her staff to just give me the ring and that she didn’t care. It was a horrible experience all I was trying to do was exchange a ring.

I called to simply ask a question and sarah hangs up on me . I called back and doesn’t even apologize or Acknowledged me. I can see why they have low ratings now .

Didn’t expect this poor and unprofessional customer service from the store manager named Laila ! Absolutely rude and extremely bad attitude! I was shocked by the way this lady treated us. Usually store manager is the calmest and most reasonable person but this woman was shaking from the anger ! Very aggressive and rude . I made a call right there to customer relation at Swarovski! I don’t think anybody deserve to be treated this way .
