We had a very bad experience with the customer service yesterday. I have been the loyal customer and this is the first time I have seen this, the sales associate made us confused so much. I did not expect that.

Today I tried twice visiting the store even with the help of a T mobile rep from the head office (whom i give 5 star )taking the initiative of writing and calling them with instructions.They ended up being useless.T mobile needs atleast weekly orientation all waytothe managers

They open at noon on Friday. I can understand opening at 11:00 on Sunday, but every other day they open at 10:00 am like the rest of the Mall. Noon on Friday. Wasted a trip.

I had ordered a phone for pick up, only for it to take over an hour because of an employee being slow and simply not wanting to help. This place absolutely sucks. Would not have come here, however t-mobile said they wound send the the phone to my house 3 times, just to be canceled.

I switched to T-Mobile. However, the process hit a snag due to a fraud/identity theft issue. It took many steps to create a T-Mobile account and get the promotions and phone I wanted. Andrew O helped me at the local store on about 10 different occasions. He was nothing but helpful, patient, and honest throughout the entire process. He spent many hours with me to secure one sale. He showed that I was valued, even if he easily could have brushed off my issue and moved on to the next customer. I think he really went above and beyond to help me in my process of becoming a T-Mobile customer. I am incredibly grateful to have had his assistance through the process and I would recommend that my friends and family go visit Andrew for their Phone/mobile needs.

Arrived a few minutes after its open at 10am on a weekday morning. No one were waiting, and was greeted by the staff right away. Bought and brought in a newly purchased 5G phone, which can use a physical SIM card or its eSIM. Staff quickly compared and explained the differences between two options. Decided to accept the recommendation to use eSIM. The phone was ready to use before leaving the store. Walked out of the store in about ten minutes.

The service in the store is excellent I would recommend anybody to come to this location and Ajiboye Was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions to a level that even I was very impressed with. This is excellent location.

Horrible customer service from walkman a simple return felt like an interrogation on top of being very passive aggressive! I’ve been a tmobile customer for years & i never encountered a rep with such a horrible attitude. Definitely shouldn't be at the front.

My phone was not connecting to the data at all and I went to the store to get help.The guy at the store told me to get my driver's license because he needed to get into my account to check why my phone was not connected to the data at all. When I came back with my driver's license, that guy was helping another customer and I asked another person at the store. The person found my app for the data was turned off and fixed it instantly. I felt cheated by the first guy, making me walk all the way to the parking lot.

Very poor service, I really didn’t appreciate Emily being on the phone while I was being waited on. She kept confusing me on who she was talking to and I understand some phone call are important but she was trying to confirm with her friend weather she should buy a concert ticket and then she asked her friend to invite Leydi who ever that is and I’m pretty sure she called me crazy.

Great customer service, took my phone in to fix a data issue and the staff were great at helping to figure out the cause, they went above and beyond to Matt how sure the phone is updated after the fix, I ended up adding other service to my plan at the rep advised and so far enjoying the added value feature

I was helped by Zamira who was awesome! The store was packed but she did great in fixing all the problems I had with my account all the while multitasking to help the other costumers as well. Great skills and big willingness to help. Thanks Zamira, keep up the spirit.

I want to sincerely thank Rob (manager) and the staff at this location. I had a very complicated breakdown of my phone and they solved my transition to a replacement coverage phone with creativity and patience. I bypassed my local TMobile store which was helpless and went to this store instead. If I could give them "6" stars, I would have. Highest recommendation!
