Worst experience with TD Bank.I can't withdraw my Cash, which I pay tax for, o lots of money. I need cash to go to my country where there is war, but the branch manager is making fun of me.?

I have been trying to get two signers added to an account since the end of June, and it still hasn't been resolved. I would call several times to follow up, but my call is not returned until one week later. At this point, the issue is still not resolved and nearly two months have gone by. I would not recommend this bank to anyone!

One of the worst Bank Locations ever. Employees are rude especially Kevin and other Indian guy with black hair and black tie on and grey shirt.1st I was asked to write down my SSN and DOB down and my email so they could then open my account up. This is a violation of Freedom of Information Act.Then when they could not open an account for me I asked why and he said we have very limited information and because I have an speech impediment the representative tries to intimidate me and asked me what accounts I have with other banks.He then asked me if I had an case or something happened in 2012, very unprofessional and unorganized branch. The branch manager even told me when I called and asked to speak to the District Manager that he had a customer in front of him I was being rude. I had made a complaint with the BBB and the Consumer FinancialProtection Bureau. DON’T DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!

As a business owner, time is the most precious asset especially in the afternoon of Friday. Everyone at the branch is awesome, and of course the interior design and decoration are welcoming! Norbert Gomes opens the account efficiently and answers our questions throughly. Afterwards, it is very easy to call Norbert, and he offers excellent and prompt response. Yami Melaku is very hospitable, and our twins had a great time at the branch. It seems like everyone is collegial and willing to help one another. Will be back again.

First time visiting this branch. The staff was courteous and knowledgeable I was having an account issue and they helped me resolve the issue quickly.

I'm only giving this place two stars because it was nice clean and quiet inside, however when I went to go ask for some rolls of quarters from the teller the man told me I was not eligible to receive any since I was not a "TD Bank member"...They wouldn't even accept my cash.... Very Disappointed.11/14/20.

Listen to the other reviews that and stay away from TDBank. It's going on 9 months and hours on the phone and in the branch and I still can't get them to properly setup a simple autopay or internal transfer. After scheduling a payment with their website, the automatic payment fails to work and stays stuck in a pending mode even after the date has passed. Then they tell me that their internal transfer system is unreliable yet still tack on late fees. Their suggestion to fix the issue? Complete a paper authorization form in the branch which I did but several months later the autopay still doesn't work and they tell me it was an internal human error. And, again, they tack on late fees for their mistake. You would think a bank has better processes in place to protect and hold your hard-earned money. I've never had as many issues with any other bank making this many mistakes and continually making it difficult for you to resolve the situation. AVOID if you don't want the hassle of constantly fighting a terrible bank who just wants to charge you hundreds and hundreds of dollars in unwarranted fees for their constant mistakes

Super convenient and excellent customer service! It has a drive-thru, a parking lot and solar panels on the roof! They offered me a tastee cup of coffee while I waited for a super nice Financial Associate to resolve my issue.

They put these TD Banks in Bethesda for one reason and that is to Rip You Off. They say No Fee's and They charge you fee's For Everything. The employee's do not tell you the truth and they laugh at you when your walking out because they took all your money. STAY AWAY FROM TD BANK and keep your kids and business away from them as well.
