Extremely disappointed with the service at this specific location. The lady that was helping with passports was extremely dismissive and did not want to process anything. Truly such a shame I will not be returning nor recommend coming to this location.

The “supervisor” Ivan does not know what he doing. I misprinted a label at the self service kiosk. Asked for refund and told me because I used a kiosk I agree to no refunds and I should have talked to him before printing the label ( even though it took over 30 minutes to talk to him because he was fumbling through a passport application). I called the USPS customer line and they told me regardless of using the kiosk I am allowed a refund or i can exchange the value of the unused postage for stamps. Went back to tell him this and said whoever I spoke to is lying and they don’t do exchanges. Called USPS again and confirmed he needed to give an exchange. Calling consumer affairs on Monday to report the branch.

A very important letter that I was receiving was in the process of being sent back to the sender due to an address issue. I contacted this post office branch and they promptly intercepted the letter, corrected the address, and got it delivered to me the next day. Can't thank enough the hardworking staff at this location. 🙏

It’s honestly infuriating how outdated and inefficient the U.S. Postal Service continues to be. I recently missed a package delivery and, instead of allowing me the simple option of picking it up at another nearby post office, they force the package to go all the way back into their broken, glacial transit system to maybe try again in a few days. It’s 2025, yet their logistics feel like something out of the Stone Age.
UPS and FedEx figured this out years ago—give people options, let them pick up at a location that actually works for them, and don’t waste days pushing packages around in circles. The USPS acts like flexibility is some foreign concept. It’s deeply disappointing that a national service is still operating like this while private carriers run circles around them.
At this point, it’s hard not to feel like the entire system needs to be scrapped and rebuilt from the ground up—or abolished entirely. The customer experience is abysmal, the logistics are outdated, and the refusal to evolve makes it crystal clear: the USPS is failing the very people it’s supposed to serve.

Sharma has been a true professional and delivery personal at the Camille and we will miss him in this route change.

This is a decent location for USPS. This location is one of the 2 locations convenient to me but I prefer the other over this due to a few reasons:
1 Parking - it is ALWAYS a pain to find parking here. It seems like the parking lot is used by non post office visitors as it is always filled close to capacity! This makes accessing this location a chore to visit
2. Traffic - the traffic due to its big neighbor, Home Depot, and other businesses around it, make it a challenge to get to the post office.
3. The building is old and sad looking and needs some TLC to freshen up the look
4. The staff working here provide a just okay level of service and the line moves at a Sunday afternoon pace.

The people doing passport is very rude, canceled my appointment and hang up on me with no reason. Very rude and bad.

Passport appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early as supposed and I was the first one. The passport door opened at 20:00 sharp and she was helpful, professional and nice.
Huge difference after my beyond awful experience at the Potomac post office.
Since I arrived early, I could also see the traffic for the post office itself. And they all seemed efficient and friendly.
If I ever need post office this is where I will go. It was quite refreshing experience.

Not the friendliest bunch, but efficient in passport applications - that's really the best case scenario in any post office.

Passport service people (2 Indian ladies, I saw people already mentioned their rudeness in the older reviews) are rude and not helpful. These people represent government employees, it's not surprising how public hates on public servants after dealing with people like this.
Parents, this is PSA: for your kid's passport applications make sure your application is NOT 2-sided. You're welcome.

Those passport ladies are a shame to government employees. With all those talented young folks being cut by current administration, i wish bitter and unprofessional people like these 2 ladies would be cut instead.
