Fast, efficient service. An elderly woman in line in front of me was slow to make decisions on her package. The clerk waved me up and started working on my business while she made up her mind. Things moved faster for everyone. Thumbs up!

It's not like unkind. Whenever I visit here, they don't seem to understand what they're doing. Sadly, machines will replace many of them. Probably, the head of this office doesn't care at all what's going on here. Don't think you can get help here. Use the kiosk or finish your thing online as much as possible.

It’s open on Saturday until 5:00 or soWhen I look it up on Google maps it says it’s closed, but dig into the hours and it says more hours but less hours than actual on Saturday. I drove by at 4:15 and people are still going in.

Have not received mail in two days and no one answers the phone at westlake PO. The phone rings for ten times and then goes to hang up. I know I have mail because of the visual. When I do get mail, three days ago I also receive other peoples mail as well . If you look at their rating, a one star is too generous

This NO STAR review is for the passport office' employer Gupta Mukul. I was there with my child and my husband for the first time to get our daughter and my husband a passport. The whole experience turned into a frustration one due to a missing photocopy of our driver's license. She was very bad-mannered all the time, very opinionated, no respect for our time. Once the 15 minutes was over for our daughter, she asked us to leave the office and my husband would have to reschedule another appointment for his passport , as he didn't have all the documents together ( meaning was missing his photocopy of driving license) and to clarify, he had booked for 2 appointments. I offered to make another copy nearby while they could move on with the other documents. Obviously she wouldn't accept it and we had to get out of the office and wait. I needed to write this review with the hope that the supervisor reads and take proper action for such unaccepted public employee behavior. I could not comprehend how she could work there with that attitude and treat people disrespectful and consider a public office as she owns it.( She literally told us so). I am sorry that my daughter had to witness her ruddiness and bad manners during her passport process. This whole experience was not pleasant at all for all of us.

I have a PoBox with them and my packages are never available next day after 11am as advertised! I came after 2 days after an Amazon package was delivered - still said they didn’t have it even with the delivery proof. After I had to be a little rough saying I wanted it, they “found” it.This post office is a completely mess! They even lost one FedEx package! I got the reimbursement from the sender, but it is very annoying. You guys gotta improve the organization with the customer packages!

Despite being inside the post office, they kicked customers out at 5pm sharp, making everyone who stood in line leave. What a disaster and disappointment.

These people are obviously severely understaffed, undermotivated, inadequately prepared, and do not have the equipment to get the job done. I do not know why they insist on offering weekend service if they can't even do weekday service right. They consistently lose packages and deliver packages or letters to the wrong mail boxes or addresses. A friend had a precious care package they were sending us with luxury gifts inside, and he had the forethought to insure the package. When USPS lost the package (of course) we followed all of the procedures laid out - missing mail forms, contacts, descriptions of the box. USPS's official response was "the package was delivered close enough" and closed the case each time. "Close enough." They guarantee your package will be delivered "close enough." So if you want your package to get to an address, use any other service, but if "close enough" is good enough and you don't mind your package being in the general location, USPS can fit your needs.

I've been getting mail delivered by this post office for 14 years. Around three years ago they stopped holding my mail when I was on vacation or out of town for work (several times a year). I can sometimes get them to hold the mail if I call multiple times before and during time to check and see if he mail is being held. Without exception it is not being held, but every few times I can get them to actually hold it using this method after they've already left packages in my lobby.Calling the post office: most of the time the phone rings and rings and no one picks up. If you keep calling, eventually someone will answer and they will tell you each time that the phone is not in an area where anyone can hear it. Voice mail? Nope, they don't have that. Also, invariably, the person who (after multiple calls) picks up the phone says she has no authority to do anything about requests, that she can only ask (it seems to be the same person who has picked up the last few years). Most of the time the ask (make sure my hold mail request is being honored) is not done.Customer service at the post office. There is one gentleman who has several times snatched packages or a letter out of my hands while I was just beginning to tell him what I was looking to do. A coupe of times he had to fish a letter or package he had snatched out of a bin because that wasn't what the letter or package needed. 80-90% of the times I have been waiting in line this same guy has gotten into an argument of some sort with someone ahead of me.I'm amazed this place is still open.

After I moved and my neighborhood didn’t allow mail to be delivered to homes, I opened my P.O. Box here because it was close to my office then. Back then, I was able to walk there from work and didn’t realize the parking issue until I started working from home and having to drive and park. In my observation, a couple of the employees are incredibly helpful and offer wonderful customer service, while a couple are not - to a point it appears they are completely miserable. There is often a long line but that has to do with management and not having enough staff to meet the demand at certain times of the day. At times, due to my own time crunch, I’ve had to return to pick up packages because the wait is just too long. Sometimes I receive others mail in my box and am concerned if others get mine, would they return it like I do for them? With the decision to remain here or transfer to a different post office closer to my residence, I remain here because there’s no guarantee that any other will be better, safer, cleaner, or reliable. I’ve stopped at others in the area for basic transitions and haven’t felt that they’d be any better.. It’s sad and disappointing because my grandfather was a postmaster and his building was incredibly orderly, clean, and offered topnotch customer service. But again, that was 40+ years ago…

As others have described, there's just something not right about this post office. This is the second time that I've self-scanned and dropped off a priority mail package on one morning, just to see it finally moving through the system the next day in the evening! It's unacceptable since we are paying extra for priority services.

One of the fastest post offices around. Staff is very knowledgeable, and helpful. The customers in the other hand can be spotty.

Shame this place gets a bad rep. I havent had any problems here. Package drop off was smooth and passport services were good. Staff could be friendlier and more helpful though.
