Refused to sell a Le Creuset display item since it was the last in stock. Tried purchasing other sizes and same result. Proceeded to watch the staff then move the out of stock Le Creuset display to the front window, and I couldn’t help but laugh. Sales lead was less than helpful unfortunately. Never have I experienced a more difficult time trying to give a business my $$!

Samantha was very helpful and kind. The teams patience and kindness was amazingespecially having 3 kids with me. The item I wanted was not available in the store but Samantha took her time to allocate it and placed the order for me. She made shopping for me easy. Thank you so much! Great customer service.

I have been this store many times and the staff members here are generally nice and helpful. But today, when I asked about a toast on display, this specific salesperson went back and came out with a different toast (same brand, but different series). She directed me to the checkout counter and asked me if I want to buy this one. I was under the impression that this was the exact model on display until I noticed the difference . I asked her to open the box and show me the product. She then admitted that this is not the model on display. The whole time she didn’t mention that this was not the model on display. If I didn’t pay attention, I would come home with a toast that I don’t want.

Staff convey the impression that customers are an unwanted distraction. Store was out of stock on the three items needed. Sales representative recommended ordering the items online directly from the manufacturers.

Worked primarily with Samantha at Williams Sonoma Bethesda Row to reserve and buy a few things in person, and then to resolve an order issue. She went above and beyond for me, can’t wait to return to buy more after my kitchen reno! It’s a great little store, great inventory, bright, clean and inviting.

the staff here were so sweet and attentive as i shopped for a holiday gift. samantha was so courteous as to wrap a gift for me with utmost care. sheryl patiently rung me up, even as i was having apple pay problems. 10/10 service

I wish i had checked the ratings before I made a sizable purchase. I'm waiting for a new bed to be delivered today. During the expected delivery time I get a message that delivery has been cancelled. On interminable hold trying to reschedule or at least find out what's going on.

Came in to get a replacement french press. Unfortunately the press i wanted was not in stock in store, but Samantha was kind enough to order the press to my home! Super helpful and glad I came in! Will definitely come back for any future kitchen supply purchases

We’ve been trying to schedule a return of some defective chairs for weeks. Today, we were told to expect a call to schedule a pickup sometime in the next two weeks. So, they hang on to our $$ and we store their garbage. (And, hours spent on the phone to get to this point).
