Explained our situation and they went to work - fit us in, mind you, with no guarantees - driving hours for parts, working after hours to make it to the finish line. Knowing what it takes to make this repair in this humidity with a time crunch, well even the price was fair. Drove home with no issues and it's been a couple weeks like it never happened. “I just want to give a special thanks to John. He came out to help me with my car that broke down not something I wanted to deal with after working a 12 hr shift. It needed to be towed to a garage. I wasn’t sure which one to use and he went out of his way to call different ones to find the right one for my situation. He also stayed with me at my car until my mother in law came to pick me up. He didn’t want me to be by myself in the dark. He was so friendly and helpful. He made a bad situation much easier. Thanks again John for all your help !”
“The staff at B&E were truly awesome. I brought my 2022 Colorado in for 4 new tires and a wheel alignment. Friendly and knowledgeable service manager showed me my how my old tires were worn very evenly and that I didn't need an alignment. The waiting room was comfortable, clean and offers coffee and water. I'll trust B&E to work on my vehicles in the future! Thanks guys!”

“Josh was the silver lining to a bad end of Christmas Day. I struck a deer at 5 am on a far backroad in Salisbury. Within 20 minutes of calling AAA he showed up with a happy greeting and up beat personality. He made me feel right at ease with getting the car towed to where it needed to go. The best part about the experience was, after a crash - you’re frustrated and upset - and he came through and kept things light and took your mind off of what happened with good conversation. I highly recommend!!”
“My son took his car there for a water pump/timing belt replacement, they charged half of what other shops wanted to charge. They were very friendly and we kept in touch from the beginning to the end of the service. It was completed when they said it would be. I recommend this shop to anybody that has an auto issue. Brought it in beginning of the day and Glenn had my new tires ordered, delivered, and installed by the end of the day. Estimate was accurate and transparent (not to mention half the price I was quoted at another local business), communication was top notch, and the wheels look amazing. Call and ask for Glenn, I can't recommend him and this place enough.”

Till today. Noise in truck, asks them to give a listen because it wouldn’t do it until it had run a bit. Guyz at lunch, ut they said leave and the mech would listen after lunch. So I walked to get lunch, came back, they had it on the lift and 2 hours and 2 pints of elbow grease they had it done.
Totally didn’t expect that kind pf service and very much appreciated.”

“Outstanding service, and, more important, CUSTOMER SERVICE! Quick responses from the owner tell me he genuinely cares for every customer. East Coast Auto Repair is honest and consistent with estimated costs and repairs. They even repaired an underlying issue that was not mentioned when service requested (and told by another mechanic that I would have to take the vehicle to a dealership for diagnostics). I am 100% satisfied with East Coast Auto and will be returning (hopefully not any time soon!).”
