“Been going here for a long time. Nutz and boltz no nonsense kind of place. No surprises, at least in my experience.
Till today. Noise in truck, asks them to give a listen because it wouldn’t do it until it had run a bit. Guyz at lunch, ut they said leave and the mech would listen after lunch. So I walked to get lunch, came back, they had it on the lift and 2 hours and 2 pints of elbow grease they had it done.
Totally didn’t expect that kind pf service and very much appreciated.”

“My family and I were in ocean City for a vacation and on the way down I heard a terrible noise coming from the engine. I thought for sure it was going to be something major and was bracing for the worst news(down there on vacation with my head over a barrel). The news couldn't of been better. Turned out it was a water pump and 500 dollars later was on my way. The shop was fast, courteous and most important of all knew what the heck they were doing. “They took great care of us! We picked up a nail in our tire while on vacation. We pulled in and they fixed it right away! We initially took it to Ocean Area Tire and we were told that we needed 4 new tires ($1100.!!)
Shea fixed it for $20. Very fast and friendly service!!! Highly recommend!! Thank you for keeping our vacation time happy!!”

“We had a sudden, significant, and unexpected issue with our car that seemed to compromise its safety. After some reassurance from roadside assistance that it was safe to drive to a mechanic, I showed up at Berlin Auto with no appointment, hoping to get their help reading codes off my car and diagnosing the problem to ensure whether my car was safe to drive or not. Despite not having any openings in their schedule for the next three days, they squeezed me in. I had to wait about 90 minutes total, but they were able to tell me that the problem was something that could wait until I got back home to Pennsylvania. The reassurance that my car was safe to drive was well worth the small diagnostic fee. I really appreciate them fitting me in.”
