I travel 500 miles to visit family and it's just like back home - no functioning ATM at Truist. This seems to be their modus operandi. Truist is a joke. When I get home I'm changing to a small regional bank.

It's a shame the lady working today is in customer service. I would gladly bank somewhere else just to avoid dealing with her ever again.
Also, who doesn't notarize for the public? Charge people and provide the service.
