Set my things on the counter and then the worker proceeded to clean the counter and shoved my items to the side then stared at me when he was done. I scooted my products over and as he went to check out my nicotine patches he said I was too young on my id. This is not the case, nrts are 18+ and I'm 20 so idk if he was stupid, blind or both but something was wrong with him. Considering I have purchased the same product here and at other locations before I left perplexed and disappointed.

I was checking out and I asked the lady if my coupons went through and suddenly she leaves I thought she was going to get help bc she’s new and didn’t know how to use the coupons, she leaves and goes to the other register and starts helping other people and leaving me there doing nothing. Horrible customer service. At least say you don’t want to help instead of making people look stupid standing there.

No one ever answers the phone at this store. Are they understaffed? or do the employees not care to talk to customers who have questions about what items that have in stock? This has to be the worst Dollar General location for service.

I always have a good experience when I go to the Dollar General. Prices are good and the personnel are very pleasant and helpful. For me, it's a great place to pick up a few things when needed.
