nice camping as long as you are comfortable with stone dust. As expected from website. Lakefront beach was crowded for labor day weekend. Restrooms / showers functional if a bit grubby.

I baaed and planned my trip according to the reviews and reached park at 7:30am and to our surprise, no line at all. The park the beach is all to ourself:-) can’t believe….About the beach, very beautiful, many picnic tables and kid’s playground…Love it…..

Beautiful park. Sure wish the day-use visitors would take better care of where they're picnicking and swimming. jsRestrooms: Kept very nicely, until too many people decide they don't want to clean up after themselves. smh
**Greenbrier State Park will be making improvements to the Park entrance way and camper registration building during the 2024 season. Effective immediately, the Park will not accept new reservations for Ash, Birch, and Evergreen camping loops, as well as all gazebos, bus reservations, or special events. In addition, the South Parking Lot will be closed to Day Use visitors and the Camper Registration Building will be closed. Campers will register at the Greenbrier Visitor Center. Please check our website for closure updates. Thank you for your patience as we make these needed improvements.**
