If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely horrible service. Can't even get anyone on the phone. I have had a package there since August 17th. Usps has been no help and the people at this branch are terrible at helping anyone with their mail.

When ever I ship anything to my parents I can see on tracking it sits for days at the Boonsboro office and/or arrives damaged.
