Rico was my service Rep. Rico is the epitome of professional and excellent customer service. Nice, curteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and displayed patience and integrity. He was easy to communicate with. Because of his excellent service, I not only purchased the product that I came to purchase but also purchased 2 additional products.

I came into this location because I was having a problem with my apps on my phone not working. I had been in touch with customer service for two days, but they could not fix the problem. I explained my problem to Toni the sales associate. Toni did troubleshooting on my phone and fixed the problem. Toni was very professional and knowledgeable. I will always use this location for all my cellphone needs. This location has outstanding customer service.

came at the store to pre-order the newest samsung s24 ultra and one of the employee told me that I cannot see or touch the phone display. how can you display a phone and we are not allow to look at it? been coming at this store for the past 5 years but I never experience that. Very rude customer service specifically the girl at the counter. I have been waiting foe 45 minutes and know one was helping me. Only two people in the store the first girl working with one customer and the other one just seat there using her phone and being rude to customer. very disappointed

I had the best in face customer service experience at AT&T. The young man's personality and attention to details were outstanding. I so appreciate having knowledge and patience CSR in our community in Bowie. Excellent job Olin. I wish there were hundreds more like you that service our communities.

I visited AT&T in Lanaham and was served by Rep Mr Olin and he is a great tech. He took good care of me with no problem, because he know his stuff. As a customer please reward him with a promotion, because good employee should be rewarded.

I had an amazing experience at the AT&T store in Lanham, MD! The service was outstanding. The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, especially Olin & Gabriel! They helped me in finding the perfect phone and plan to suit my needs. I was impressed with their professionalism and friendly attitude.
