Cameron was very knowledgeable and professional. I am new to doing everything on your phone. He was patient with me showing me what my phone can do. I was amazed, his integrity and personal commitment to excellence showed. Thank you so much Cameron for making my experience with your company so much better than any T-Mobile experience that I've had with them in 15 years of interaction. You should be rewarded not every person in customer service has your outstanding ability to make a great impression.

I consulted with Cameron at the AT&T store in the Bowie Town Center about upgrading to the new Apple iPhone 16. Cameron was excellent! Not only was he very knowledgeable and professional, he was kind. I would rate him 10 out of 10 if possible! I was extremely satisfied with the service he provided!

I was in need of a new android I was able to do a trade in and with no cost received a new phone. The rep transferred my data! Team android is back in business!
Marcelo was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. I had to get a new phone and took advantage of the trade-in special. Marcelo wiped my old phone and accepted the trade-in! I am rocking with new Samsung A24+

This location provided outstanding and amazing customer service! I received a warm welcome by the manager, Roger who went the extra mile to make sure I was provided immediate assistance.
Technician Kevin was patient , kind, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough and remained with me the entire hour while the transfer was being made from one phone to the other. Not only did Kevin walk me through each step, but he went the extra mile giving me a tutorial on how to use the features on my new phone! It’s very disappointing that so many stores no longer practice customer service. I highly recommend a visit to this store for all your phone needs. Kudos to this location !!!!

My visit to the Bowie town center location was Fantastic ! "Kevin" .. (my customer service tech ) ... was/ is professional & knowledgeable ! > The manager at that location also chimed in during my visit and he was easy - jovial and yet very professional to deal with. "When" one visits this location - you will enjoy the experience !

I came to this location from about an hour drive to pick up an IPad. I called ahead and was told the iPad was available but upon arrival the iPad was the wrong one! Was a little upset about the drive but the manager Jay was fantastic he went out of his way to go to another store and picked up the device for me! Nothing but professional. Thank you Jay your awesome

I was a victim of commission fraud from the manager. I only came in the store to upgrade me and my son’s iPhones and I was guaranteed that my cell phone bill would stay $400 because I’m on disability income. My bill is around $700 a month. I wasn’t aware of this extremely high increase to my bill until I had to pay $870 to them cut back on. Than my next bills totaled $1336.
