Isaac, the manager, was such a great help to me today, he checked my battery (replaced it for me) and checked my alternator. Once found out that my alternator was bad, he referred me to a mechanic and called for me and was able to get me a discount. Love this place and highly recommend due to the terrific service. Thank you Issac!!

Great customer service. Looked up what windshield wipers I needed then told me which aisle and let me pick my own brand, didn’t try to upsell me. As I was paying the other employee ran out and installed them before I’d even finished up, I hadn’t even asked! I appreciated their service and will be back.

Julian Davi, give your BALLS a tug!!. I've seen your other/past reviews and you're just not happy individual. Chris and the rest of the crew at Autozone on Annapolis are far and beyond the best their is in customer service!! WOW!! Julian Davis, must not know where to put the windshield washer fluid, or even know what vehicle you drive....just saying??♂️

I was in a bind that day due to my car running out of gas. Chris was extremely helpful that day as I needed a funnel with a nozzle that had a specific width to go in my tank. Wasn’t sure if he had what i needed but he went the extra mile and searched the inventory and found what i needed!
