“I came in to open a new account. I have banked at Truist for several years now, and have not been please with the service in the area. However, my experiences changed with the high level of service I received today. Upon entering I was warmly greeted by a teller who directed me to the seating area. Before I could even sit down, the Branch leader, Calvin Todman, informed me he could assist me right away. He went above and beyond to open my account, answer questions, and set everything up while I was in office. There was nothing left for me to do at home! When he did not know a questions right away , he was very transparent and asked for support to ensure the answer was correct. I could tell that he cared about the level of service that he provides to clients. I am happy that I chose this location for my banking needs.”

There was one bank teller who was very cordial and professional and another bank representative tending to customers. I asked where the nearest chick fil a was since I had to drive back to DC. The security guard gave me precise directions and I got my meal and was back on the road.”

It appears that her primary goal is to serve as many customers in the most efficient and timely manner. She doesn't usually grewt you with a big smile, but perhaps it's not her personality. She is kind and works expeditiously. Personally, I appreciate that as she is respecting the fact that individuals want to get in and out.”

“This is a good bank branch. Expect it to be kind of loud in there, and it's got people in it(but they move the line real good). The good thing about it is they'll accept silly things like you want to buy rolls of half dollars or nickels, and they can deposit your check if you don't want to do it online. If your account is online, or if it is opened at a bank, enjoy coming here to buy coins or deposit checks or withdraw cash or whatever it is you do. A banky bank.”
