My Tesla needed 3 different pieces of glass replaced, due to debris falling on top of vehicle while driving. Along with the chrome trim being damaged.
It took a bit long, which was expected, and was given advanced notice when I dropped it off that it would take about 30 days.
Looks like the damage never happened!!

“I recently brought my 2021 Mercedes-AMG GLE 53 to the German Service Center in Landover, Maryland, for major service and body work, and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. From the moment I arrived, the team, led by Biz, displayed exceptional professionalism and expertise.
Before coming to the German Service Center, I had taken my GLE 53 to another shop, where they were going to overcharge me significantly for the work needed. While price isn't the primary concern for me, the experience highlighted the importance of honesty and integrity in a service provider.
At the German Service Center, Biz, the owner and manager, personally ensured that my vehicle was thoroughly inspected and provided a detailed, transparent estimate. Biz is extremely professional, knowledgeable, honest, fair, fast, and most importantly, personable. He took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which gave me confidence in their abilities and their commitment to fair pricing.
The quality of the mechanical repairs was outstanding. My car now runs like new, and the performance is back to its peak. “We all know how stressful it can be when your car is broken and needs to be fixed. I have a 2007 Buick and was involved in a hit-and-run The car still runs beautifully, but I didn’t like the blemish that was left CARSTAR Nescar took away my anxiety from my first interaction with Jesus. We coordinated schedules and I worked with Steve the day I brought my vehicle in. They kept me informed along the repair journey. I picked her up today and Jesus and Steve both greeted me and were extremely efficient, friendly, and absolutely no hassle. Not that I have been to many body shops, but I was so impressed with how immaculate and organized the physical space is.
I hope I don’t need to have repairs again, but if I have to, I will definitely contact CARSTAR Nescar in Beltsville. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.
