If you're a woman, don't bother doing business with them unless you want the employee to completely disregard you as a human being. I called and started to ask for a part and he asked to speak with the man he heard in the background "because he probably knows more than you". Misogyny at its best.Update:In response to your comment I will detail the call exactly.I called that morning looking for a specific part that my husband and I accidentally sent back with the old motor the day prior. He was calling one place and I was calling Brandywine.Employee: Brandywine Auto PartsMe: Hi, I'm looking for a part for a 2008 Jeep.....Employee cuts me off: Can I speak with Mr. Jennifer?Me: Excuse me?Employee: You come up on our caller ID as Jennifer, can I speak with Mr. Jennifer, the guy I hear I the background, he probably knows more than you.Me-So incredibly stunned that I just hand the phone to my husband and walk away.Yes, my husband does know more than me in regards to vehicles. I was not even given the opportunity to speak. I was fully capable of order and asking for what we were looking for. It was absolutely inexcusable to be treated in that manner and to be disregarded as if I was not an equal human being.

Went there today and Mr BILLY is angel sent. I called ahead of time to ensure they had what I needed. His customer service is outstanding. Treated me like a daughter and I appreciate him. Definitely recommend for your auto parts.

This is the most unorganized auto place in the Maryland area don't go there .... they have the dumbest representatives trying to sell you parts that are useless .... if you get the warranty they will try to not honor it all the way ..... got a transmission put in bought it from them it went out two weeks later took over a month for the new transmission to come in and they try to double charge me

Fantastic customer service. Great parts, Reasonable pricing and always helpful. They have gone out of their way to help us find good condition parts and again, the customer service is outstanding. Jamie, was terrific to deal with on our last purchase.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased a motor in June with only a 30 day warranty, which took almost a month to get delivered even tho I was told a couple weeks. By the time the motor got delivered the mechanic shop was completely booked and wasn’t able to install the motor until this past weekend. The motor I purchased is junk and I paid 1700 dollars for it, along with an invoice from the mechanic shop of 2000 dollars to install it. The motor I purchased was supposedly “tested” which the mechanic shop is saying is impossible due to the white smoke coming from my car. So in total I’ve spent around 4000 dollars just to still not have my car due to a bad motor I purchased from this place. I spoke to Phil and apparently there isn’t anything he can do which is crazy to me. I’m not the type to do bad reviews but 4000 dollars wasted just isn’t sitting right with me!

I brought and engine for a madza cx9 however and 2018 engine that was sent to the auto place and the mechanic A.j said it wouldn't work however Bill sent a 2014 engine to the shop and A.j said that wouldn't work either however I was charged a restocking fee for one of the engine and not for the other however I appreciate that but show I been charged for the 2018 engine idk smh I am glad I gotten something back I don't really trust any of these services when it come to a vehicle just be careful again I appreciate getting something back ?
