As someone stated below, yes, the machine will take your cash that you deposited into the ATM, and it takes 10 DAYS for them to "investigate" and return it. This is the first time this has happened to me, and it's really frustrating!!! I'm over Cap One. Calling the customer service line is annoying also. The reps are clueless. Also, they have less locations now and banking with them is becoming an inconvenience. I'm looking into closing my account!

For the 5th time (yes 5), I’ve deposited money into a drive through ATM and the machine does not register that money has been deposited. It then requires me to contact Capital One customer service and the claim takes up to 10 days to issue a refund.

I came here with my uncle to open an account and was “Helped” by a person named Miguel Mendoza. Miguel was extremely rude when it came to customer help/ Centricity. It seemed like he just wanted to go home and not be at work. We explained the situation and to why I was trying to help my uncle open an account for the first time, obviously there is information he isn’t used to yet if he just moved to this state a prior day such as knowing his address off the top of his head. Miguel had zero patience when it came to customer service. The check in person came and told him while he was working with us that he still had 3 more people to attend before the end of the day and he responded to him by saying I’m not taking anymore people by noon. If you don’t want to work a customer service job, Why get one? If I could give him 0 stars I would.

This is the worst branch ever. These people will have a line of 20 people and 1-2 tellers while 3 other employees walking around doing nothing. CustomerService is at an all time low at this particular branch!

They have all the single notes at the ATM machine without me going inside to the teller.

1. It's always only one teller. Which makes the lines horribly long. 2. It's more then one teller behind the glass but only one is taking customers. The others are just back their either on their cellphones or talking to each other.3. When you finally get to the teller they treat you as if your inconveniencing them.LONG STORY SHORT SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN BECAUSE THE WORKERS DON'T WANNA WORK!!!!!
