Love their program before and aftercare program. They help them with their homework and projects for school and expand on their school curriculum. Their staff is amazing. Admin is generally quick to respond, and I appreciate the care and effort that staff pour into my children every day.

My child repeatedly came home during the summer camp stating that he was bullied, physically and verbally. He also shared accounts of other children fighting and not listening to the counselors. I myself witnessed loud yelling and chaotic sounds of children running around and making noise when I picked him up (even though the counselors usually open the door so narrowly that I could not see inside, likely to conceal the chaos). The director is professional and well prepared, but it seems like the other counselors/instructors are not able to control the children. I also was left unimpressed by the assignments, which seemed unchallenging. For the expense I paid for the summer camp, I expected more.

DO NOT send your children to this place! It will be a huge regret. The management is poor and lacks integrity. Neither location is satisfactory. If you want your kids to be safe, steer clear of this place. They had my child riding a bus with a very dangerous bus driver who was eventually removed due to conduct. The CGR management/ staff knew about this driver’s behavior and ignored it. They drop your kids off at a bus stop with other kids.. instead of transporting them directly to school like they did in the past. They ignore serious complaints at the facility— but make sure they collect your money.

My children have been going to Children's Global Readiness Academy for 4 years- for Before and After Care and Summer Camp, and participated in both the Spanish and Mandarin Chinese languages classes. They even went to CGR for Virtual Learning during the pandemic. CGR has been great for our family, and offers my kids any support they need on their journey to become multilingual. I am pleased with their COVID safety protocols, their communication, and their staff! I hope they are able to offer Mandarin Chinese again soon!
