Horrible phone menu. It asks for an rx# but I don't have one because it's a brand new prescription. There is no way to just call and ask someone if the medicine is ready. Very frustrating phone menu.

Almost everyone in the pharmacy has an attitude and it's only 9am. Millicent at the window is extremely rude and rolled her eyes the entire time. I was told there is not a prescription for me, but there was. My doctors office had to go back and forth and tell this place because they accepted the prescription. I asked to speak to a manager and she was worse, very rude and unkind (Amanda). I will NEVER pick up a prescription at this pharmacy again. Management, why is your staff so angry first thing in the morning? Poor customer service.ONLY POSITIVE: There is a young lady name Chelby who is very polite and helpful. Chelby was the only person without a bad attitude. I can tell she doesn't want to be grouped of the unprofessional pack at this location. A manager needs to step in FAST! GOOD LUCK to the only great employee, Chelby.

The pharmacist Raymond is the worst pharmacist I have ever encountered. He has the worst customer service, the worst bedside manner being a pharmacist. He acts as if he is irritated when you are asking him questions about your medications and I witnessed him yell at an elderly customer. He really needs some type of training on how to deal with customers because he may deal with someone with a mental illness and the way he treats his customer it may not be a good outcome for him..

Not sure why but the pharmacy is extremely slow, and the staff doesn't seem to understand customer service or personalities matter. Pharmacy order came in at 130pm -- just got ready at 8pm.

Cashier told me they no longer take patient calls at the pharmacy. Reps are rude. Just find a different pharmacy if you want good service.

Absolutely the worst experience in pharmacy. The line is always long, inside and outside every single time - long wait times are frequent. Customer service is horrible in pharmacy with the exception of one person who was surprising professional after encountering the rest. Come with patience and expect to be treated as if you and your situation do not matter. I am a nurse so I understand the demands when giving care to others; however, the professionalism and customer service must always come first. CVS 1910 Crain Hwy, Bowie, MD, you should do better - treat others the way you would want your family member or yourself to be treated.

UNSUNG HEROES!!!The employees of CVS Pharmacy at 1910 Crain Highway, Bowie, MD have been amazing all through the pandemic. During the scariest times of COVID-19 -- these folks have been on the job and ready to help.

Just don't go. I can go on for days. Poor Customer Service. You call there they pick the phone up and hang up without saying hello. Just save yourself the time and anguish.

Went to get my passport photos done. Didn't wait long. She was friendly & efficient. Store seemed cleaned & organized. I recommend.

LINE IS ALWAYS LONG. DRIVE THRU AND INSIDE. Today I went inside to pick up my prescription that I paid for online. I wait in line, get to the counter and am told my stuff is on hold and I have to get in the consulting line. About 12 minutes being in line I'm told it wasn't paid for online and that it's off hold but I have to go BACK to the line I was first in to pay for the prescription and pick it up. It was a inconvenience since I was just in line and the pharmacist could of just came over to take it off hold while I was at the counter in the pick up line. They have lost a long time customer. I will never recommend this location.

I promise I want to give this location more stars, and perhaps in the future I will. This review is based solely on my experience with the drive thru pharmacy. Always seem to have the medicine I need in stock, but oh my goodness...be prepared to sit in the drive thru for at least 45 minutes (on a good day). I should also mention that they do a lot in the drive thru- Covid exams, pick up/drop off prescriptions and you can even buy in store items. I waited so long, I took off 2 stars. Maybe in the future they will add a separate lane for just pharmacy prescriptions so the line will move faster.

Today, 8/31/21- I had a prescription called in for my child. In an effort to save gas and time. I called to add insurance information, check on pricing and to see if it was ready. Needless to say no one ever picked up the phone, not even to ask me to hold. What's the point of having a phone if you are not willing to answer. Horrible service.
