This pharmacy is the worst! Don't communicate well at all. Don't return calls,my prescriptions are all messed up,never refilled on time since I had to transfer from the other CVS closing...I will be transferring all my prescriptions elsewhere..

Did Sunday hour of operation change?
This should reflect on Google because the store was closed before 10:20pm when it shows closure hour as 11pm. It’s misleading.

Very rude on the phone. Spoke to a pharmacist and after finishing tge conversation she/he just hung up without acknowledgement and saying goodbye.

They closed a nearby cvs and now the pharmacy lines at this location are ridiculously long.

I like the location and its typically well stocked. However the pharmacy is notoriously slow and its like playing Russian Roulette as to whether the drive thru is open or not. When it is you're in line for 30 minutes. They say they open it in the afternoon so I readjusted but two afternoons I've gone and its still closed. Inside their are 6 plus people working. The staff is efficient and professional. Inside I wait at least 20 minutes in line. I feel this is the best CVS in the area.

I used to enjoy the service at this location, but the professionalism has continued to plummet. Two young ladies were at the window on Dec. 16, 2024. I watched as they joked and laughed behind the window, adjusted the space heater next to them, and scrolled on their phones for several minutes before helping. I would have a little more grace to give if I hadn't already waited in line for 20-30 minutes and there wasn't a growing line behind me. When they took my card, I could see them on their phones pointing downwards where my card was, and they kept my card longer than I've ever experienced. When I asked if there was a problem, one replied that the computer was loading. Fine, I'll accept that, but I find it strange that suddenly I'm getting texts to allow purchases and for two-step verification for purchases I'm not making. Now, I'm off to the bank for a new card. Whether it's them or not, the lack of care, professionalism, and courtesy is appalling.

We have heard horror stories of the CVS pharmacies in the area. But I have been pleasantly surprised with this CVS. Employees are friendly and acknowledge customers when they come in. Have gone there for annual vaccines. Even though I've made an appt. they are a little slow. But the pharmacist is friendly and answers any questions. They do, however, seem to be a bit short-handed in the pharmacy. I have gone a couple of times to pick-up prescriptions in the drive-thru, and they have had a sign in the window indicating it is closed due to being short-staffed.
